**Please note: Phoenix V is scheduled for a balcony door and window replacement project from mid-September 2026 through mid-May 2027. Balcony and amenity closures may occur during this time, and the project schedule is subject to weather and construction delays. Phoenix V 1514 is located on the east end of the building. Since construction will begin on the west end and progress eastward, this unit is not expected to be directly affected until approximately January or February.

6. Parking pass must be purchased upon arrival for $55 (price subject to change, limit 1).

This condo was fantastic for our beach getaway. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a hassle-free stay.The Gulf view from the balcony is absolutely unbeatable! Beach access was seamless, and the host made check-in quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again

Amazing!

Clean and beautiful (inside and the view). The splash pad was a hit for my 6 year old as well as the outside pool and indoor pool and hot tubs! Friendly staff and security. Felt very safe! Would definitely recommend!!

Great stay & location

Right on the beach. Great location. We have two little kids and the indoor/outdoor pool and splash pad were great additions. Condo was clean and having the pull out couch was great for our two kids. Lots of restaurants around us so didn’t have to drive far if we were going out to eat.

Wonderful location

The listing is exactly as shown in the pics. We had no trouble getting into the unit upon arrival, the first code worked great for us. Our favorite part was the balcony and enjoying the views!

Very relaxing

Arrived Tuesday afternoon. Most of our time was just spent on the balcony or in the living room with the balcony door open. The waves sounded so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was perfect for us!

Great Condo

Great location - tastefully decorated and well equipped. The only downside was saggy couch and chair/ottoman. They were not very comfortable.

Great location

Very nice & clean. Had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Only suggestion: Very uncomfortable furniture and out dated (chair and couch). Rug needed to be cleaned or replaced. Otherwise everything else was very nice.

Just What We Expected

We regularly go to the Gulf Shores area for Thanksgiving and The Phoenix IV in Orange Beach met our expectations. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We liked the oversized Grocery type baskets as well as the standard carts for transporting our clothes and supplies. There were a large number of these. The standards for this property are a step above many of the other high rise buildings in this area.

Nice little place!

Overall the property was very clean and nice. A few things- the shower curtain liner was about 6 inches too long and a borderline safety hazard. The rug in the living room was dirty and dingy, and the furniture all could use some updating. The pull out couch is not suitable for sleeping, and the dust on the fan blades was a quarter inch thick. Besides these few things, the place was nice, clean, well stocked, and had all of the amenities we were needing. Amazing view!!

Beautiful place and location!

Great restaurants near and Walmart was right down the road. The condo was very clean and the location was ideal! It is on the highest floor (15th) but this was a pro and a con. The only inconvenience we had were the elevators. During peak times of the day, it took up to 20 minutes waiting for an elevator that wasn’t full. Taking the stairs was not an option if you had a luggage cart.

Worst Vacation Ever

There were 2x4’s on the balcony doors locking us in. The construction crew made so much noise being anywhere near the condo was unbearably load. The indoor pool made the whole family sick.

Great Location, Needs Updating

We loved the location and the promptness of management to respond, our flight was delayed and we missed a day of our stay and they even offered us an additional day at a discount. The view was great and the beach was gorgeous, I just wish it had been a little updated. I’m thankful I brought along a baby bathtub as I would not have been comfortable bathing the baby in the bathtub, they need a new one. It’s not dirty, but it definitely looks like it is.

Love the Condo

We love Orange Beach. Condo was great. Views from the balcony are amazing. There is still ongoing construction on the balconies which was noisy during the day. We were told by one of the owners that it should be done by the end of this month (March 2023). It is of course necessary repairs for safety but was a little problematic for us because my son has autism and is sensitive to noise, but overall he adapted well and it won’t deter us from visiting this same condo again when the construction is done.
