**A Note About Resort Improvements**
The Admiral’s Row buildings are undergoing a **sprinkler system upgrade**. Work on the floors above or below
may be visible or audible during daytime hours. We want to be transparent, so guests know what to expect, and we’ve priced the condo accordingly during the project period.

Hart of Paradise at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a 2BR/2BA condo on the second floor of Admiral's Row Building B. It has a view of the ocean and is steps from the beach via a private no steps walkway across the dunes. HHBT has 2 pools, tennis, pickleball, volleyball and more.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a full-service gated resort located mid-island on Hilton Head Island.

The Olympic-size oceanfront pool and pool deck are the largest on the island with an adjacent children’s pool dedicated for ages up to 4 years old. Children must be accompanied by a parent. A second pool is located at Admirals Row.
Pool hours 9am – 9pm (year-round).

Fitness Area and Shuffleboard
These amenities are located by the oceanfront pool. Volleyball nets are on the beach. Shuffleboard equipment, volleyballs, bean bag lawn toss game, and horseshoes are free and available at the oceanside pool attendant stand. Pickleball equipment can be checked out at the Tennis Pro Shop at a nominal cost

Tennis
Eight lighted hard surface courts, six hard surface Pickle Ball courts and a Pro Shop are available. Tennis is free for owners and guests of the resort. Tennis is available between 8:00am and 10:00pm.

Basketball
A basketball hoop and playground are located between the Tennis Villas lagoon and the Tennis Pro Shop. Basketballs are available in the Tennis Pro Shop.

Playground
Children must be accompanied by adults at the playground.

Picnic Areas
Picnic areas are located near the playground and Admirals Row. Picnic tables and grills are available for your use.

Bike Rentals
Bike rentals are year-round. The rental stand is located near the security gate.
NOTE: No E-Bikes permitted on the resort property.

Fitness Center
The fitness center is located at the Pro Shop near tennis court 1. The Fitness Center is open every day 6am – 10pm. Electronic cards for usage of the Fitness Center are available for owners only from Owners Services located in the Conference Center. Fitness cards are available for guests at the CVC front desk for a refundable security deposit of $20.00.

We had a great time in Hilton Head Island. The condo was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The check in process was seamless and the host was very accommodating. She even messaged to let me know that early check in was available for our stay. We would stay again.

Great setup. It is a short walk to the beach—lots of beach gear was provided (wagon, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys, beach towels, etc.). Host was great communicating especially about early check in that became available. Kitchen had a good stock of plates, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances. Our family would definitely consider staying here again. Only negative for our stay was that the showers and hoses to wash off from the beach were all unavailable. This is nothing against the host, but did make our stay a little less desirable.

Although the building is dated and needs a little TLC, the condo property itself is well maintained and very clean. The location is within a very short walking distance of the beach and the host provided many "extras" for our beach enjoyment, such as beach chairs, towels, toys, and an umbrella. The host also provided plenty of supplies for our week's stay, including paper products, K-cups, water bottles, dishwasher and dish soap, and a nice selection of kitchen staples (spices, cooking oils, and condiments). It was nice not to need to worry about these items. Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo for our spring break get-away!

The condo was wonderful! The location is great- one of the closest buildings to beach access. There were so many thoughtful details like flashlights for beach walks, snacks, beach toys/chairs/wagon, a few kids books, etc. Our kids were obsessed with the “fancy shower”. We had a wonderful stay. This was one of the best valued VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at!

Beautiful resort

The resort was perfect for our vacation. It was super-easy to access the beach, the pools were great, and parking was easy. The resort was in great shape, everything was very clean (which can be difficult for a beach resort).

We really enjoyed our stay!! The condo had everything we needed to head to the beach. The owner was very communicative and easy to reach. It was so nice being so close to the beach, it made sunrise and sunset walks seem less. The kids absolutely loved their stay! We will definitely use this rental again!

Great Beach Condo Hilton Head Island

We stayed 8 nights here and had an amazing vacation. The condo was perfect for our family of 5, it was clean and well stocked, there were so many extras provided which took the stress out of packing for a week at the beach. The resort was amazing as well, there were so many activities, pools were great, beach was great, and the onsite restaurants were reasonably priced and food and drinks were great. 10/10 would stay here again.

Home away from home

The condo is everything that it is advertised to be. It is exceptionally clean and has a great location, with just a short walk to the beach and it has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay more comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, wagon and they even have the nicest coffee bar area setup!

My husband and I recently purchased the property as our second home upon retirement. We've decided to share it with others who love the beach and HHI as much as we do. We have found it comfortable and well stocked with everything we have needed to spend time at the beach. We have stayed at multiple timeshares throughout the island for many years, but being within a short walk to the beach is the BEST! We have found the resort clean and well manicured, security top notch, and the people friendly. I've decided HHI brings that out in a person.
