Brand new construction in 2021, this large,1 bedroom/1 bath, second floor condo unit features 12 foot tall ceilings, high end finishes, quartz countertops and plenty of windows to let in natural light. The kitchen is equipped with full size stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A large kitchen peninsula provides for added seating. The master bedroom is located off the kitchen with a king-size bed and ample closet space. The bathroom features a large, glass enclosed walk-in shower. An exclusive use Trex deck is accessible from the bedroom and the living room and is highlighted by warm morning sun and a peak-view of the Provincetown Monument. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, 55-inch Roku Smart TV, Wi-Fi, cable tv, a dedicated work-space with an available 24-inch LCD monitor, and full-size stackable washer/dryer in the unit. Conveniently located next to Provincetown Gym, and steps to Stop and Shop, Penny's Liquor Store, and several restaurants, you are also within easy walking distance to town, bike paths, and the beaches. Wonderful Ptown stay

We had a wonderful stay at Tony's place. Condo was lovely, clean, and new--just as described. Great location within walking distance of everything but quiet and set off from busy streets.

The place was beautiful, immaculate and quiet , everything that you wanted was there for our Provincetown stay. The owners Joe and Tony you couldn’t ask for better owners, they prepared you for your stay and if you had any questions they got back to you right away This was a Gem to find , it was close to the Stop & Shop, the church thrift shop and a few minute walk into town. Awesome new space done with amazing touches

Thoroughly enjoyed the condo; the design, layout, furniture & upgrades were appreciated and was very comfortable & relaxing. Amazing location near grocery store & a quick walk to Bradford & Commercial streets. You won't find a nicer place!

This is an excellent property for a person or couple who would like a large, modern, tastefully furnished, and well-equipped apartment within a short walk to the action on Commercial Street, but also value quiet in the evening. In addition, the proximity to the grocery store, gym, and Bike Shack is a major plus. I worked from the apartment part of the week and found it well set up and easy to do so. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of cooking supplies. I could easily imagine staying a month!

Fantastic Property in PTOWN

We had an incredible stay at Tony and Joe's. Everything written in the description is an absolute fact. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating with requests! Location was close enough to walk to everything, but quiet and peaceful away from traffic or pedestrian noise. We have stayed many places in PTOWN, but this one is one that we can hopefully stay in again!

The property was excellent in every way. Comfortable, private, quiet, equipped.... I suppose a water view would be preferred bby most but, truthfully, the convenience of its location far outweighed the lack of water views. I'd definitely recommend this property. Well done !

Great choice for a week-long stay in PTown

This apartment is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an extended stay in Provincetown, including people working remotely like my partner and me. It's spacious, quiet, clean, and very well furnished, including an office desk and a sizable outdoor patio area with a table, chairs, and a grill. The kitchen is well equipped, including a large refrigerator and oven, making it easy to cook for ourselves on nights when we didn't want to eat out. It's a pleasant 10-minute walk to Commercial Street, and only steps from PTown's primary grocery store, a bike rental place, and a gym. We definitely would stay there again!

This was an amazing property to stay at this Carnival week. The unit was new, spotless, and absolutely perfect for my partner and I who stay in Ptown all the time. Great kitchen, living room, outdoor deck, bathroom, bedroom/bed, and even great storage. Great AC, parking, easy unloading/loading of car. The location is in walking distance to everything and has a nice little side street way to get into town. Super convenient to drive in/out of as well and right near liquor stores, grocery store, etc. Tony was an EXCELLENT host, gave great directions for checking in, checked in on us, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Definitely would stay here again if we'd be so lucky, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a chic place to stay in town (we're long time regulars), in convenient location, and highly recommend Tony as a host. Wonderful stay. This condo is beautiful and spacious. Newly built and styled well. Well stocked with all the amenities one needs for an enjoyable stay. The shower is huge and the overall condo feels much bigger than photos show. Bed was very comfortable. This condo is so airy and breezy, we didn’t need the air conditioning for most of our two-week stay - really only when the weather turned very humid. Owners are easy to work with and made sure we had a good stay, checking up on us during the trip. Grocery store, excellent bike shop, gym, best breakfast in town, and Mac’s seafood are all literally next door. Commercial Street is less than five minutes on bike. Over nearly 30 years of coming to Provincetown, I have stayed in many places, guest houses and condos, and I can honestly say this is one of the best or the best I’ve stayed in. Will definitely stay here again.

Welcome to Your Oasis

Your first reaction when you walk in to the condo is, Wow! It was ours as well as everyone who visited. Attention to detail from floor to ceiling. Right out of a magazine. Everything has been thought of from design to comfort to convenience. As one friend said, when you arrive you are not at your rental, you are home. That is how you feel. Tony, the host goes over and above in accommodating you. You can ask any and as many questions as you need and he will respond. If there is something you need he knows how to point you in the right direction (if he hasn’t already provided it, which is likely) and he is easy to reach any time during your trip. Plus the little extra touches he adds…impeccable. Location is perfect for everything, beach, shopping, bustle of town, restaurants, bike rental, all footsteps away. We’ve rented a lot this summer and for many years in Ptown. Hands down best host and best 1 bedroom we’ve rented in Ptown.

Fantastic stay!

I am in Ptown multiple times each year, having rented places all over town, and this property is ideal. It's convenient to everywhere while being very quiet. The condo is very comfortable and spacious, with two decks, and is well equipped. The hosts are exceptionally responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful, high-class property, with one (temporary) shortcoming

I will raise this to five stars (no question about it) once the building construction is finished… scheduled to be completed this fall. (The condo itself is NOT under construction—in fact, it is perfect, except for the daytime, weekday noise…)

Lovely, spacious, well-appointed 1BR condo

Bright, immaculate, quiet new space with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities. Conveniently located opposite the Stop & Shop and adjacent to Provincetown Gym and a tasty Mexican diner; just a 5-minute bike ride or 10-minute walk to Commercial Street. Friendly, owners. Would happily stay here again.
