Welcome to this adorable bungalow on a charming, tree lined street. Driveway is on a slope. Street parking is also available.

Main floor includes: wifi, 2 Roku TV`s, full kitchen with coffee station, bath with toiletries & hair dryer, 3 beds and queen air mattress, iron/ironing board & extra bed linens/towels.

Downstairs features a workout room, washer/dryer, and extra chairs.
In the basement, there is a door to the backyard, which backs up to private parking available.

**Our home is NOT set up for pets or animals. It is a small residence with no fencing in the front or backyards.
If you bring a service dog, for safety reasons and consideration of the neighbors, please keep it on a leash at all times outdoors. Also, please notify us prior to your stay.**

Guests may use the entire main floor and the workout and laundry areas of the basement.
Off street parking is available in front of the house, as well as behind the backyard.

Guests can text or call Derek with any questions or needs.

Home located on a beautiful tree lined, quiet street. A few blocks away enjoy a baseball game, fishing, walk in Capaha park, or eating at a local restaurant on Broadway.

Walking distance to SEMO, Southeast Hospital, Capaha Park, dining and entertainment. 5 minute drive to many fun downtown spots.

Free private parking along street or in driveway. Driveway is on a slope.

In the living room there are games & cards on the shelves, a fold out table, and a Roku TV.

The ironing board is on the back of the basement door & iron is in 2nd bed closet. Extra blankets & towels are in the master bed closet. Extra sheets/ pillowcases are in the master dresser, bottom drawers.

A hair dryer and extra toiletries are in the bath vanity.

Our cleaning fee is based on 3-4 hr. living wage cleaning and prep time needed.

For the comfort and safety of our guests we do have a max guest limit 6 unless pre-approved by host

Do not use the exterior steps with a missing hand rail.

Before checkout, please:
1. Put all trash in bags & tie the tops. (Trash runs on Monday mornings.)
2. Place dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher.
3. If you use workout equipment, please wipe it down with disinfectant wipes.
