The space features a dedicated tea station, a queen bed with premium linens, and a comfortable living area with a smart TV and electric fireplace. The kitchenette includes a hot plate, microwave, and mini-fridge. Start your morning on the private front deck before taking your dog along the property's creek-side walking trails. Evenings are spent at the shared outdoor fire pit area complete with Adirondack chairs.

The house was very clean and Will kept and the whole property was well maintained. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The property was amazing, and Holly's service was excellent. The community is a collection of tinyish homes that is really cool, with outside communal amenities to enjoy. Close to everything in Cape and Jackson, whether it's a couples getaway or a group experience and you book multiple units, this place would be great for you!

Hello, I'm Holly, your host. My mom, Lisa and I have been dreaming of this tiny home village for the past 8 years. Last year, we began building that dream, one unique tiny home at a time. We love providing uniquely curated spaces for our guests to enjoy this beautiful property and nature. We are excited to be starting four more homes this Summer! Three will be tree houses and the other a Zen Den.

When not building our dream, we love spending time with my three sons (ages 26, 24 and 21) and traveling and exploring other cultures. We are pet lovers and have 3 cats (Star, Quinn & Comet) and one black lab, Betsy between the 2 of us.

We searched for a long time to find the perfect location for our tiny home village. When we found it, it was love at first site! We love the long winding driveway that weaves between the creek and natural boulder formations. We love that we are on the edge of town (minutes from many restaurants and activities - within 10 minutes of anything in town) but at the same time, in a secluded, peaceful location surrounded by trees, rolling water and lots of nature. The number one comment on our reviews is "they wished they could have stayed longer."
