This was the perfect home for our family getaway. The covered outdoor patio was wonderful. The 2nd (pool) bathroom is far away from the bedrooms, so this can be difficult but overall it was a great place to stay.

This was a great home to stay at while in DeLand with family for a wedding. It was great to have my mom, sister and her partner, and 5 of our adult children under one roof! AND, having a disabled mother and 3 other adults with knee arthritis, this home being only one level was the biggest reason we chose this property There is TONS of space and the bedrooms are huge! The biggest challenge with 10 people was having only 2 bathrooms. There was ample parking. Unfortunately, we had rain most of the weekend are were not able to enjoy the pool or outdoor area. I would definitely choose this property again if I visit DeLand again!

Communication with host was excellent. They were very patient with all the questions on such short notice of a trip. The house was clean and big enough for all of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and short walk to the Dollar General. Would book again.

The house was perfect for a large group of friends in town for college homecoming weekend! Lots of space to spread out, sleep, and hang out, especially outside on the patio. Dagan was very responsive when we had issues with the ceiling fans/lights and very gracious when I had to report that we'd accidentally misplaced one of the keys. Great location, very safe neighborhood, tons of parking spots available.
