Located in the well-established Woodside Hill neighborhood. Apt. features open spaces in the living room and dining area, a bedroom with access to the bathroom, granite countertops, new kitchen appliances, and an independent laundry room with a washer and dryer. Steep driveway. The apartment is next to a highway (I-40) and traffic noise should be expected. Smoking is not allowed in the premises. Although pets are allowed on the property, they are not permitted in the guest's beds.

The apartment met our needs perfectly. The only downside was the proximity to I-40. You can hear the traffic nearby but it served as white noise for us

Just Right

The place is exactly how its described. The highway is a little loud but, you get use to it. The location was 15 minutes from downtown, which was great for us and 10 minutes from the outlets. We had no problems and our pups enjoyed the space as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great little getaway

Great place. Very cute. It does have the highway noise, but I found that the air conditioner drowned it out. Would stay again.

Short review

This is a beautiful apartment with a very nice host - the only challenge is it is right backed up to the highway so it’s a bit noisy. The host had earplugs and sound machine which was so sweet - bed very comfy

Quality new property for the price!

Asheville quick getaway; this was the FIRST time we have tried VRBO as we usually do timeshare for 3-day weekends. A few specifics to know going in: - by a main highway. Ear plugs were provided. - king bed comfy but needs a mattress protector and non-polyester sheets - no REAL AC as the splitter on the wall didn’t put out cold air. (Second remote to it missing batteries.) - undersized tiny trash can and only one was in the kitchen (we picked up most of our trash - Netflix provided w Roku good - kitchenware sparse burns on pans making cooking difficult Overall good, but not as uniform as a major property for many little things. AC was the biggest concern.

We were very happy with thisclean and convenient apartment. Staying 13 days was doable because we could cook our breakfasts and dinners easily.The neighborhood was good for a walk also.Our host was responsive and polite.

Well appointed and clean

It is a compact space with all the amenities. We didn’t cook, but could have as the kitchen had everything needed. The space was spotless. The only drawback is the location, fully disclosed, close to the interstate. The noise is constant and will be a distraction if you are a light sleeper. There is a grocery store, Walgreens and a very good coffee place just down the road for supplies if needed. All in all, a good stay.

Cute, clean and welcoming!

We loved the apartment! It was exactly as described, very clean, and the host(s) made us feel welcome with little touches like water bottles and extra towels. The apartment was perfect for us and our dog, and conveniently located between great hiking spots and downtown Asheville. We would definitely stay again!
