Cozy 1 bedroom apartment located in Historic downtown area of Pensacola. Minutes away from all the shops on Palafox Street. Walk to our famous restaurants, bars, and shops....Blue Wahoo Stadium is only 1 mile away on the water, catch and amazing sunset or baseball game!!!!!
Inside you will find a kitchen, bathroom, living area with wifi and smart tv (cable not provided) and a queen size bed in the bedroom.

Great spot downtown

The property was exactly as advertised. It’s in a nice spot downtown directly across from the Pensacola Library. Definitely within walking distance of Palafox and more. The parking behind the building can be a little tricky if other guests do not see the assigned spots. Definitely a property we would stay at again.

Near Downtown

Convenient location to downtown (5 minute walk). We did not experience any annoying or loud noise from the permanent resident living above our unit. The reserved parking space in the back yard was wonderful. There seemed to be a half-way house across the street but it was not an issue at all. We always entered the unit from the back yard and felt quite safe. Melissa, the property manager was great. The unit was built a long time ago but was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay their again if we wanted to be close to downtown.

Hi my name is Kyle. My husband and I purchased this property in the historic district of downtown pensacola. We privately manage it and live just blocks away ourselves. We have been slowly remodeling the entire place, starting with the inside!!!!! Outside we have put up a brand new privacy fence and shortly (by October 1, 2021) there will be a brand new tin roof making those rain storms cozy and relaxing. Recent hurricane activity has slowed progress down, but rest assured your rented space is safe, dry, cozy and clean.
