*There is NO Washer/Dryer in this home* Nestled in the walkable East Pensacola Heights neighborhood, this one-bedroom duplex features close access to the bayou, I-110, Downtown Pensacola, and Pensacola Beach. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, original hardwood floors, fully furnished living space and bedroom and an electric fireplace. We keep the cottage vacation-ready for you to feel at home here in Pensacola. Be sure to check the Pensacola event calendar - we are known as the “Festival City of the South” and there is always something going on! Come enjoy our southern town.

Adorable Quaint Comfy Cottage

The other reviews I’d read were accurate about the proximity to the beach, restaurants and other things to do all being within a 10-20 minute drive. The place is very clean and tidy. My husband and I really enjoyed being in a residential neighborhood and not along a “tourist strip”. The place was truly delightful. We enjoyed some time hanging out in the cottage, on the porch, and having homemade meals too in the fully stocked kitchen. (As well as the complementary wine! Thank you!) I did have to double check my emails because the check in instructions come from a different email address than when I first made reservations through VRBO. Other than that, everything was pleasant and smooth. The value for the price was amazing! I’m so grateful. Blessings.

Little nice place

The location is excellent Just a few minutes drive to the beach and great restaurants The neighborhood is quiet, We felt safe the entire time we were there We were comfortable Everything we needed was there. We would definitely recommend this to anyone We would come back and stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The place far exceeded our expectations. We will be booking again. The grass was tall at the time of our arriv but was mowed the following day. My wife also watered the outside plants for you. We enjoyed everything else about our stay.

Cute and affordable

We did like our stay. Everything was as stated on the verbo app. I do believe you should warn people who smoke that you do not allow smoking on the property and that you have a property manager onsite that watches you and you'll be asked to leave if you smoke on the front porch and because the rule book said we were being watched the shear curtain in the kitchen was a little weird. Over all if you're a non-smoker that shouldn't bother you. One of the neighbors yelled out of his car for us to "go back home" most of that didn't bothered me becaue I can follow rules and it's too pretty in Florida to be upset about anything.

Nostalgic Blast in the Past...

40s or 50s Old Florida Duplex with some modern interior twists. For those, like me, who needed a Night Stand you have to use the TV Dinner Tray and make your own. Took awhile to learn the Light Switches but the Overhead Pull Chains in the Ceiling Fan Lights were used. AC Window Units? Worked great but Filter Cleaning Lights were on? No one has mowed the yard or trimmed the trees in a long time. That was unfortunate. The Driveway is VERY rough to get in or out of to the very busy Perry Ave. Traffic. Location is great and overall VERY Quiet with no one staying next door and thick walls. Not the easiest Lock Box per se but we figured it out. Great Location...Thank You...

This was a perfect place to stay for our vacation. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and charm of the house. The two air conditioners kept the whole house cool even during the hottest part of the day, in early August. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We look forward to booking here again next time we visit the area!

Great value!

Safe and clean is everything! Loved the older neighborhood. Great price. We wanted our own space that would be budget friendly and not far away while visiting family on the beach. This was the perfect solution.

Cute little cottage

Me and my fam had a pleasant stay at this little beach cottage. The host was available and very helpful when needed. And her brother, Dwayne, was very kind and helpful as well. And the cottage came with wine and a drawstring bag. It was very thoughtful and appreciated. For the price you really can’t beat it! We will definitely be coming to stay again.

Clean Comfortable place

Loved My Stay at Bee our Guest!

This little cottage near the bay was perfect for me and I am so glad I booked it. The price was super reasonable and the house itself was adorable! The perfect size for two people. I was able to easily access groceries, nightlife, and the beach from this centrally located home. Cynthia was amazing and responded quickly to any questions I had and was my hero when I accidentally locked myself out. I would definitely book this house again in the future because it has everything you could possibly need (minus a washer/dryer), but that's not a big deal. Thanks for a great time!!!
