Centered in the middle of Pensacola’s best.
This home is located in old Pensacola, minutes from downtown, the bayou, beach bridge and many neighborhood parks including a large BAY PARK with walking paths, play and exercise stations, boat landings, paddle boarding and tennis courts. The bay park is a great place to picnic and enjoy the views and bay breeze. East Hill neighborhood is a quaint and quiet area, where many families and seniors have lived for generations. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this home is for you. Available year round, you can enjoy this charming home with private driveway, central air and heat and washer and dryer.

Get away from it all and take some time for yourself in this two-bedroom, one bath home with a full kitchen, living room and lower living space. With two separate living rooms, guests can utilize for more sleeping space or work and private nooks.

Full size beds. One child’s pack and play bed.
Towels are provided. Some toiletries.
Beach chairs, beach cart, beach towels and cooler are available for use.
Private parking and free WiFi.

Pensacola Vacation

Our family had a great experience here. The house and neighborhood were as advertised, very charming, and the neighborhood was very quiet in the evenings. The location is a short distance from dining, downtown and beaches. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Beach vacation

We had a pleasant experience here as a family coming from California we only had to bring ourselves and our clothes. They had all of the beach things from chairs, umbrellas, towels and even sand toys for our little girl to use. We would highly recommend this place to stay. The house was also very clean.

Nice house and great location!

Everything as described in the description is on point. For our family of 3, the house was great. Lots of room, beds were comfortable. Only one bathroom, but no biggie. Location is great as you are close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Don’t hesitate to stay here if planning a journey to Pensacola!

East Hill Home: comfortable and quiet. 2 roomy bedrooms with full size beds in each, 1 full bathroom, a spacious living room with attached dinning room off of the kitchen and a step down living room. Located in a historic and friendly neighborhood. Close to neighborhood parks, small and large, tennis courts, bayou, beaches, downtown shopping, museums, spas and unique restaurants. Original hardwood floors, plaster walls and ceiling. No pets allowed.

Hello and welcome to our home!
We’re so happy you chose our property for your vacation.
Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the House Rules in place at our vacation rental. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody!
Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.
• Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
• Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
• In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
• We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.
• Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
