Welcome to Heart of North Hill, beautifully appointed retreat in one of Pensacola's most treasured historic neighborhoods. Heart of North Hill, one-bedroom, one-bathroom offers combination of historic character, modern comfort, and an unbeatable location.

This charming retreat features stylish furnishings, FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and everything you need to feel at home during your stay. Guests do not share apartments, but it is in the UPSTAIRS of a bigger home. There is NO central HVAC, but three window units completely cool/heat the space. Also, NO washer/dryer at this location.

Guests return because of its peaceful atmosphere, exceptional location, and authentic Pensacola charm. From Pensacola Beach days and Wahoo baseball games to festivals and waterfront dining, you'll be just minutes from the experiences that make Pensacola known as “The Festival City of the South”.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and well stocked. Very spacious and quit neighborhood. The only complaint I would have is the stairs sway when you go up and down them. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

The check in process was very easy and the location is great! Very close to downtown Pensacola and comfortably houses 3 people. The property was also very clean and had a good sized kitchen. Only a 15 minute drive from the beach!

Lovely stay, and very considerate host

My mother and I stayed in Pensacola at the Gulf Coast BNB. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Only minor negative was that the balcony faces a very busy, noisy road.

Cute but old/historic

Its a cute apartment and very convenient to downtown. The apartment is old and could use some upgrades. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe. The check in process was very simple no complaints.
