The location was perfect for our plans. The room is clean with all the amenities required and parking spaces were no problem. The host was able to inform us in checking in/out procedures etc. There is a binder inside the room for the basic info. We like the old house but we will probably reserve another room in that building on our next visit because on the last night we notice how dark it can get outside the door, I guess that's why it's called the "Hideaway".

Great little spot to stay in with all the amenities you’d need. Clear instructions about finding the spot and information printed out in a binder inside. Host is responsive and helpful!

The location on this property is great. Close to all the main attractions and if you’re in too rustic it’s the place for you. Communication with the property management was easy and prompt.

The landlord’s brother, extremely knowledgable in Pensacola’s history, took me on a free tour of the city, drove me to a local fish market for the best seafood-buying experience then to the Ever’man Cooperative Grocery store (A health-food heaven), few blocks away. He dropped me off at the Airport. I was treated like royalty during my two nights stay! Can’t wait to go back to a home away from home.

Great Stay as Always!

This is our second time to stay here and both times have been excellent with no issues whatsoever. Convenient location with all the ameneties close by. Very quiet and peaceful stay and of course we will be back again!

Amazing!!

This tiny home was perfect! Although it was small, it was very charming and cozy, and was very affordable for us to stay in. We loved how much effort the owner put in to make our stay enjoyable, and had a great time!!

Cute apartment

Very clean and comfortable. The street was busier than expected, but it also made traveling to other parts of town easy so a trade off. Off street parking was very convenient. We felt very safe here. We would stay here again

Two are used for Short Term rentals, one for a Long Term rental and one for my Real Estate Brokerage, Gulf Coast Home Experts. Love meeting people and making sure they have a great experience while visiting Pensacola.
