Welcome to Kauai Love—a bright, open-concept 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located on the scenic Poipu Kai Greenbelt. With room for up to 8 guests, this home is perfect for multi-generational families or groups of friends looking to relax, explore, and enjoy the best of Kauai’s South Shore.

Unbeatable Location
Step outside your private lanai and onto the Greenbelt path. Head right to Shipwreck Beach, or left to Poipu Beach Park, both just a short, scenic walk away. The Greenbelt is a paved, landscaped path is ideal for strollers, kids, and leisurely morning walks. It offers safe, car-free access to beaches, a community pool and hot tub, and local dining.

Comfortable, Flexible Living
The spacious interior includes a fully equipped kitchen, large wood dining table for 8, and a comfortable living room with a sectional sofa, 4K TV, and Sonos sound system—perfect for group gatherings or quiet evenings in.

Lovely home and location

This is a spacious home in a great location on the Poipu beltway! The owners and property manager are wonderful to work with! They have all of the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels and a wagon. We had a great time!

The best time in Kauai with family/friends!

We had such a great week staying in this place and celebrating our wedding! It’s in the perfect location- an easy walk to shipwrecks and Brennecke’s/Poipu beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful at night. We would definitely stay here again- it was perfect!

Location was perfect for what we planned to do during our stay. Green pathway was nice way to walk to beaches. Enjoyed the large open space in home for eating and games.

Wonderful family home

We had a wonderful vacation. The home was perfect for our family to spread out and the toddler had a separate room for naps and sleeping. The hosts were very responsive and friendly to any questions. Great memories!!

Perfect location

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the spacious layout, the variety of beach paraphernalia, and of course the location is ideal for walking to beaches. The owners are very attentive. We did not want to leave, but look forward to coming back!

Great place!

We loved the layout and location of this property. We had lots of rain so some umbrellas would be nice. We did use the beach chairs- thanks for having all the beach things. Good AC and the shutters kept it all so dark- loved it.

Good choice for extended family

Great location for both adults and kids, with easy proximity via a pedestrian path to two beaches, a pool, tennis, and walking. The house comfortably handled our multi-generational group of 8. Extremely quiet at night. Would stay again.

Perfect

The property is as described, and was perfect for 7 of us. It is beautiful, furnished very nicely, within close distance to the beach, they have all the beach toys and was fully outfitted in the kitchen, bedding and towels. We also rented the car from them and it was a great car.Sean the property manager was also perfect. We feel very fortunate we were able to stay there and would like to stay there again on our next trip to poipu.

Fantastic location with all amenities

We were five adults - long term friends who live in widely different places who met here for a reunion. The property was in a fantastic location - close to the airport and great beaches and well placed for access to the whole island. The property is spacious and extremely well equipped. Plenty of seating, great for cooking and lovely outside dining space. All great - single beds not so comfortable for older adults maybe but for a family or groups traveling with kids this would not be a problem. Warm hosts who were responsive And friendly. Highly recommended.

Kauai Anniversary Trip

We loved our stay in Kauai Love!!! The bright, open living room looking out toward the mountain was the perfect place to kick back and relax with good friends. There’s a beautiful path to the ocean steps from the sliding glass door, perfect for viewing stunning sunrises. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with ceiling fans in most of them. Tropical flowers abound. You are minutes away from snorkeling at Poipu Beach and many fun restaurants. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Perfect in every way!

We had a wonderful stay at Kaua’i Love. The space and location were perfect for our group of 5. We had three generations staying in the house and everyone loved it. Victor and Laura have thought of everything—the kitchen was fully stocked and clearly organized, there was a ton of easy to use beach equipment—effectively, they anticipated and met all of our needs. On top of that, they were extremely responsive and super kind in all of our interactions. I could not recommend them or this property more highly. Five enthusiastic stars!

Birthday Celebration

Our stay at Kauai Love was everything that we ever wanted. We had a large group of 8 and wanted to make sure we had accommodations for everyone within walking distance. There are several walking distance beaches, hiking trails and restaurants. The owners are super responsive and attentive. We even got to hang out with the property manager and listen to him play some live tunes at a local bar. Being able to rent a car from them made things even better. This house is fully stocked with all that you need for the beach too. I can not rave enough about this place, definitely staying here again if I can.

The Perfect Place

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home for our family. We were 7 adults and 1 child and we never felt even close to crowded in the home. Furniture and beds were comfortable, everything we clean and well organized. Short of actual waterfront, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Easy walk to beaches and short drive to just about anything else we needed. We had to work a bit while we were there and the WiFi was great. We only used it to watch a soccer match, but the TV was great with lots of channels to chose from. Thank your for sharing your home with us.

Great Poipu Property

The property and its owners were great! Easy check in and great response time from the property owner, Laura. Close to many activities and restaurants in Poipu (some walkable and some a quick drive). We enjoyed walking the heritage trail near the Grand Hyatt and tried many of the owner’s recommendations for food. The house itself was spacious and well-maintained with all the amenities you need for your stay on Kauai. Only downside is the efficiency of the cooling system in the house but we stayed in July so this may not be an issue during other months. The bedrooms each have individual AC units but the office (which has a bed) and the living room/dining room/kitchen never cooled down quite enough for us. Overall, we would recommend this house as it has plenty of space, it’s in a nice location and it’s well-maintained.

Beyond our expectations !🌺

We had never been to Kauai , and so we were not sure what to expect ! Obviously, everything about Kauai is amazingly beautiful, but the home (called ‘Kauai love’ 😀) made everything complete ! It was actually better than the pictures! From the Beautiful marble master bathroom, to the ‘lanai ‘( patio, for those newbies like us 😎) -with a beautiful view of the mountain and sunsets! It had everything you would need- well stocked kitchen , water shoes ( which we didn’t wear the first day and regretted it!) to snorkeling and boogie boards - EASY walk to the beaches - Victor and Laura answered all my questions very quickly and were very warm and welcoming! If you’re coming to Kauai - I would highly recommend this home!! 🌺🌺

Perfect Holiday

We loved our stay at Laura and Victor's. The location is wonderful - easy distance to multiple beaches. We walked down to watch the sunrise every morning. The home and kitchen are well appointed and were very comfortable for our group of seven. The large common area was great, often with a cross breeze. The beach gear - boogie boards, snorkeling, sand castle stuff, chairs - and the information provided in the binder about places to go and local eateries were all fantastic. A perfect holiday week.

This place was great for our two families!

The whole experience was great! Communication was prompt! The 4 rooms were all laid out very well and being all one story was great for our toddler. There were plenty of linens! There were great supplies for going to the beach including boogie boards and snorkel equipment. Super easy walk to beaches. We loved it!

Nice house near Shipwreck beach

We had a nice time at this house - well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes and cookware. Lots of beach towels, chairs, a wagon and two umbrellas for the beach. Two of the bedrooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom with louvered doors so not much privacy. A/C in three bedrooms and main room. We walked to Shipwreck beach (sunrise!) and the Tidepools restaurant at the Grand Hyatt.

Amazing home, great for family

What an amazing home! Beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you need. Lots of beach supplies to entertain the whole family (we enjoyed having access to cooler, wagon, chairs, snorkel gear, sand toys, boogie boards, sun hats, and more). Easy walk to a few different beaches and the pool. We enjoyed having dinner out on the beautiful lanai. Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful location next to the Greenbelt. Very quiet, no problems with noise. Overall wonderful stay, would highly recommend and hope to visit again!

The Greenbelt is a beautiful walking path between Shipwreck Beach at the Hyatt and both Brennecke’s and Poipu Beaches. Poipu Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island.
