This beautiful brand new 3000 square foot Hawaiian hale features a private tropical garden, elegant, island inspired design with views of the golf course and Kohala Mountains and beyond.

Enjoy premier privacy, three bedrooms with king beds, four full bathrooms and an office that is convertible into a fourth bedroom with queen bed. The master suite has a soaking tub, indoor shower and an outdoor shower surrounded by lush tropical planting.

High-end fixtures and finishes throughout including the fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a Wolf oven, six-burner gas range, Subzero refrigeration, and a complete selection of brand new cookware and appliances.

Retractable sliding doors open to views of the private pool and spa across the spacious lanai featuring adjustable Tucci umbrellas with LED lighting, luxurious seating and dining areas including sofa and chairs and Blaze gas grill. Enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean or use the whole home Sonos audio system to choose your own soundtrack.

This is no ordinary vacation rental and the owners have spared no expense in creating a beautiful tropical garden and equipping their dream island home with the highest end furnishings, linens, kitchen tools, appliances and luxury amenities including complimentary Maile Organics toiletries.

The private heated pool and hot tub are set in a carefully tended tropical garden featuring rare plants found only in Hawaii.

We have tried to think of everything our guests might need for the perfect vacation. There’s even a selection of board games and books about the wildlife and history of the island.

Unlike many of the rental properties listed nearby, there are no hidden extras with the multi zone air conditioning, heated pool and hot tub all included with no additional charges.

The home includes four brand new Specialized bicycles for exploring the resort, along with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards and cooler. Guest passes are supplied to access the exclusive Mauna Lani Beach Club just a one mile cycle ride or relaxing walk away through the ancient Kalahuipua’a fish ponds. The Beach Club is a gated beach in a safe swimming bay with the Napua Restaurant, beach attendants, complimentary cabanas, showers and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island.

Extend your stay and work remotely while enjoying the mountain views from the office with its sit-stand desk, high speed wifi and printer.

Nohea at Mauna Lani is a premier gated community situated in the westernmost part of the renowned Mauna Lani Resort within easy walking distance of the ocean, the newly renovated Mauna Lani Auberge Hotel, the Fairmont Orchid and the restaurants, shopping and grocery store at the Shops at Mauna Lani.

The Nohea community center features a large swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ pavilions, and a fitness center for its owners and guests.

Activities available within the resort include golf at two world renowned championship courses, oceanside spa treatments at the Spa Without Walls, tennis and pickleball at the nearby Sports & Fitness Club or Fairmont Tennis Pavilion and hiking, scuba diving, sailing and whale watching.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Communication with the host was seamless. The home has everything you would expect from a high end property. It was of course spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. This is an ideal place to create priceless lifetime memories. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. The outdoor shower is an especially nice touch. We plan on staying here again in the future. Thank you for opening your home to others to enjoy.

Beautiful property and great location. This property had a very private back yard with ample seating and nice pool. The interior was beautifully decorated and had high end furnishings. Large kitchen with everything you would need. There was everything you needed in the garage for beach time. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in Mauna Lani

We absolutely loved our 10 day stay in Mauna Lani and the primary reason was this wonderful home. The house had everything we needed and would expect in a high-end house. Plus, we found the location to be ideal. We were 3 couples and loved that we each had a bedroom suite with bathroom.

Our family enjoyed this lovely home and location. The owners and property manager were very responsive and helpful. Very quiet area and so convenient to the grocery, beaches,restaurants and other amenities the resort offers. Our top favorites- the lanai, fabulous kitchen, beach paraphenalia and the four bikes. Such a bike friendly area.

Wonderful home Ina. Good location. Unfortunately the home is one of the few completed in the development and there is a lot of constriction. We basically lost a day of our stay due to the home next door having concrete poured. Very loud.

Beautiful hole in great location

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this house. The layout worked perfectly with the Murphy bed in the office/tv room as a really nice feature, especially with our younger kids. The outdoor space was also really nice, lots of seating and the umbrellas were great to offer shade when needed. The pool is small but good for a quick dip and the view out to the golf course was nice and still felt private. It was great to have tons of beach gear, towels, chairs, and the 4 bikes to go use at the beach club.The location is great with a small grocery store and a few restaurants very close by. The beach is a short bike ride or rent a golf cart and it’s even easier to explore the different beach options, golf, etc. it would be really comfortable for 6 adults (3 bed rooms with en suites) and with the Murphy bed it adds the option for a couple kids.Highly recommend staying here!

Evertything about the property was as described. It was lovely and well appointed. We had 7 adults and a 10 month old and the space worked beautifully. The property manager was on top of check in and very responsive for any questions that we had. The house was very clean, beds comfortable, bathrooms great. The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor space was great with two large umbrellas making the space comfortable.

Everything you need in a comfortable home

We enjoyed this property very much! We were a 10 min walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the Mauna Lani beach club (which ended up being our favorite beach, amazing snorkeling). The owners left us all of the beach equipment we might need as well as bikes which we used often. Plenty of space for a family of 5, and we enjoyed the pool as well.

Holiday paradise

I stayed here over the Christmas/New Years holiday with my grown children and my grandchildren. Such a beautiful well appointed house in a fantastic area, and a beautiful beach club. They even had a Christmas tree up which we very much appreciated! Everything you could need was provided, from beach gear, bikes and kitchen equipment, the pool and hot tub were perfect and access to a gym was awesome. I highly recommend this property and I have rented houses in many areas and this was my favorite!

Great location for 3 generations

The grandkids loved the pool and community pool. The Mauna Lani beach club snorkeling was awesome. The kids all saw sea turtles, lots of different fish and eels right off the beach. The house was very well stocked with beach toys, snorkeling equipment, bikes, coffee supplies and spices, etc. very open floor plan for family. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Very Nice Property

Property is beautiful and very well stocked for guests. Owner and Agent very responsive. Bikes, beach toys, beach chairs etc all provided. One thing to note is there is a fair amount of construction on the street. Wasn't noisy and didn't disturb us but wish we had been aware.

Great location with lots of amenities for beach

Great stay with kids and parents. Location is walking distance to market and the newly renovated Auberge Mauna Lani. I would recommend a golf cart for 6 to make evening sunset drives easier and for a better experience to compliment a rental car. Easy access to resort restaurants and beach chairs but secure them before 9 am or use the beach chairs provided. The pool and hot tub were key features to bridge the beach and sunset. We would return and stay here again.

Fantastic House and Host

The house is immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need, including kitchen supplies, beach gear, pool toys, bikes, and more. The host has prepared clear and comprehensive instructions for the house and organized a useful guide of local activities. We have stayed at many upper end properties over the past decade and this is by far the best. The location is great and the amenities are fabulous. We are sad to go home and wish we could stay much longer.

Beautiful modern home + great for large groups!

My family and I stayed at this gorgeous house during our week long trip to the Big Island. The home is STUNNING! It felt like we were living in a magazine. We loved relaxing in the pool and taking walks everyday to the ocean. The owners are so kind and even share some amenities to make your stay even more awesome, such as beach chairs, snorkel gear, bikes. Another fun touch was Sonos speakers throughout the house. We all agreed this was the best vacation home we’ve ever stayed at! We hope to be back again one day! :)

Just as advertised.

We rented this house last year as well. Need I say more? Only thing that’s becoming an issue is the construction in the very small community. There is some construction noise from 7:00-3:00. Wasn’t a huge issue but if you plan on spending that time on your lanai, it could be. We did hear the noise from inside the home. The construction noise holds true for the entire community, not just this house. The home itself and Lissette is terrific.

Will stay here again

After a few minor issues were promptly straightened out, everything was terrific! The house is well located, unbelievably stocked with paper products, toiletries, kitchen and laundry needs. The bikes are for taller people so we were unable to use them, no big deal. The beds were extremely comfortable and after a lesson from Lissette (who was terrific) we were able to operate the tv. The only downside of the small development was that it was fairly new and there will be construction going on for a while. The flip side, the house was newer than most rentals you’ll find. Loved It!

This property was fantastic. It's located in a new development and exceeded our expectations. We were the first to rent the home and it felt like it was brand new. The rooms are large and we loved the layout. The home is shaped like a U with large sliding glass doors that open out to the pool positioned in the middle. The Sonos sound system was great and there were beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach paddle ball racquets available to use. Everything was brand new and super clean. There was only one TV in the home which was located in the office / 4th bedroom, but we really liked this so our kids didn't disappear to go watch TV. It allowed us to spend time together playing games and then watch a movie together as a family each night. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Family dream vacation

This home, with its architectural design, quality finishing, pool and beautiful garden was a top-notch experience. The home had all the amenities that we could want for our son’s wedding week, as we hosted our grownup family. The 4th bedroom/office option with an automated murphy bed isn’t ideal as it’s not as quiet or private with its opaque screen sliding door, as the other 3 but it still had its own attached bathroom and fit the need for one of our single adults. We loved being close to our favorite beaches and island shopping. And being able to walk 12 minutes to the ocean to see a sunset every evening was delightful. There was some construction going on in this newer development of Mauna Lani, but it wasn’t constant. It was also handy to walk to the workout room and larger community pool, but we all loved the convenience of relaxing in the hot tub and private swimming pool in the perfectly set-up inner courtyard with plenty of seating for all. The owners and property management had thought of everything to make our stay convenient and luxurious.

We are a family of four with two girls in college. We have traveled to many countries around the world and lived in England, California, Arizona and currently Washington State. We fell in love with Hawaii and the Big Island in particular. Our dream came true when we were able to purchase our home at Mauna Lani in 2021.

We have visited the Big Island many times over almost 20 years and know the different areas and resorts very well. Mauna Lani is the perfect base for your Hawaiian adventures with incredible weather year round and within reach of all the famous sites on the island. It has a good variety of shops and restaurants but never feels over crowded even at the busiest times of the year. Our home is newly built and close to everything but in a quiet gated community where the only thing you will hear in the evening as you sit on the lanai watching the stars is the sound of the waves just a few hundred yards away.

We manage the guest bookings and partner with Lissette from Hawaii Homechex who has her office in the resort and provides local concierge and property management services.
