From the moment you walk through the door, you will realize you have entered the most private home with the most breathtaking views in Lake Havasu. Whether you're enjoying the kitchen or the yard we hope you will enjoy this home as much as we do.
Our home boast three large bedrooms; The master which has a king size bed, 50" tv, door to the hot tub/yard, huge luxurious master bath with double sinks, separate jetted tub and walk in shower along with an oversized walk in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with access to backyard patio, 42" tv, walk in closet and on suite with walk in shower. The third bedroom has two full size beds, closet and a tub/shower combo bathroom just outside the room. All bedroom lamps are equipped with USB plug ins. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay. Our dining room table seats six people with four bar stools at the island or there is table/chairs outside as well. We also have a propane BBQ and a Traeger for all your grilling needs. We have WiFi and Direct TV throughout the home. During the cooler months we have a propane fireplace to enjoy! Our laundry room has a top loader LG washer and dryer if needed during your stay. There is no access to garage but driveway is plenty suitable for truck/boat parking. We have the perfect pool to wade and enjoy a drink, no heating needed in the summer and hot tub for the cooler months, pool towels supplied!
We are one block away from the new Rivera boat launch, three minutes away from body beach/jet ski park and 10 minutes/4.9 miles from the Lake Havasu Marina.

Havasu 2024 Trip

We were in town for a family vacation that we take every year and the house was absolutely exactly what we needed. It was comfortable, clean, great location and the owners were amazing.

Amazing accommodations!

We stayed over 4th of July and it was super conveniently located by Riviera Marina where our boat was slipped. Sharon was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. Would book again!

Great House, Great view

Well appointed, large, new home. Has a great lot with views in the backyard of nature and no other homes. Owner stayed in communication and was easy to reach. Very quiet and perfect for a more relaxing trip.

Perfection!

This place is perfectly titled-it really was a spa-like oasis! Spacious, clean, and better equipped than most short-term rentals I’ve utilized. The kitchen has more than what’s needed. The primary bedroom-oh my goodness, is it a dream! It’s so peaceful! You forget you’re also conveniently located to grocery, etc. Pool is great! My closest three people and I were there to celebrate my birthday, and, it was above and beyond the dream weekend I hoped for. Host was extremely quick and accommodating when I reached out for something. Not only would I recommend, but I hope to visit again myself!

Solid 4 stars.

On a very humid rainy hot day in August 2023 we arrived. Upon arrival we instantly noticed the cleanliness of property. House is well stocked with everything from cooking utensils and bedding to pool toys. Management was very responsive and for good reason? No temperature control??? Cameras are watching you??? Master bedroom is hot hot hot. Contacted the property manager and was helpful with temperature control. Nothing mentioned in any paperwork or discerption of property “ No temperature control”? Uncomfortably hot while sleeping. I felt we were being monitored the whole time. Very uncomfortable feeling. Master bedroom has extra fan because you will need it. This house is next to a very busy gas station although you don’t here any traffic we felt if we brought our boat I would worry about theft. Hence the need for cameras. Friendly advice? Add a mini split in bedroom to cool separately. Overall nice stay

David, thank you for taking the time to express your concerns about our home and surroundings. You did happen to hit the weekend that hurricane Hilary made her appearance, and it made Havasu cold for August, low 70's and very humid. Let's start with the thermostat. I always turn the thermostat down the day of arrival, so the house is cool when groups arrive. We have it locked at 73 in the summer. With the average summer temperatures around 100 or more the house seems very comfortable at that, and our unit responds well. You had messaged upon arrival that you liked it cooler, so I manually changed it to 72 and you seemed content. I had mentioned that in addition to celling fans we also had the manual fan. Our Nest control unit has a home/away feature so it will run when there is motion in the home and turn off when not. I apologize if you thought that was me controlling that. I only controlled it manually when you messaged me requesting it. We have two cameras, both mentioned on our platform listings. One at the front door and one on the side of the house monitoring the side gate where our pool guy, propane and pest control companies come in/out, and it monitors our mailbox. We have several motion spotlights around the back yard, but none of those have cameras. Not sure if you thought they did, and I could see how that would be uncomfortable for your family. I will add that to our house description so future groups have the clarity. We are very conveniently located near a Maverik gas station but have had absolutely no issues because of it and it's definitely not why we have cameras. We have lots of guests bring nice cars and boats and have never had a single issue. When you use your home to run a vacation rental in a town like Lake Havasu the cameras are there to protect us and you no matter the neighborhood. Thank you again for your feedback and hope some of this information cleared a few things up for you and your family.

Best place we’ve stayed in Havasu! The check in was easy. The house was spotless clean and beautiful. Comfortable beds and giant kitchen for all your cooking needs! Then you walk outside to a breathtaking view and stunning pool. It is so peaceful and private. We stayed with 5 people and 3 dogs and had so much space. Susan the host was above and beyond. She was so kind and in constant communication. We would definitely stay again and again.

Amazing house

We were blown away by the upkeep and how beautiful the house was. The owner Susan made the process easy and was super helpful. Would return again in the future if house is available. Po is amazing and the rooms are a great size.

Great place and very accommodating host! Back yard has amazing desert views and great pool. AC works great and everything one could need in the kitchen! Will definitely stay here again!
