The view truly is something special, and we’re happy you were able to relax and enjoy it. We sincerely apologize for the areas that fell short during your visit. Cleanliness and comfort are top priorities for us, and we’re disappointed to hear that these standards were not fully met. We've addressed your concerns with our housekeeping and landscaping teams to ensure issues like trash and sandy outdoor chairs. We had quite a bit of rain during the month of June, which increases pest activity, however we have had our pest control company address this to prevent future issues. We’ve also made note of the temperature concerns in the bedrooms and will evaluate possible improvements to the cooling system in those areas. We appreciate your honest feedback—it helps us make necessary improvements and provide a better experience for future guests. We will look forward to your next visit with us!
