Enjoy beach resort life right in the heart of Sandestin resort! This Property will comfortably sleep 4 guests.Our 1BR-2 full bath ,Elegant condo is located on the 4th floor of THE GRAND. Just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub and fitness room.Enjoy the private court yards and Boutique-ish atmosphere and the resort landscape.Take as troll to the nearby Restaurants and entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf .Enjoy the shopping, children’s playground,carousel,rock climbing wall, arcade, zip line ,movies on the lawn and seasonal entertainment that is designed to enhance the family experience. And for an extra treat, don’t miss the weekly summertime fireworks display. For more shopping, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the Grand Boulevard boutiques border the resort

This condo is newly remodeled and designed with a coastal elegant appeal.With brushed and polished brass fixtures to stunning Quartz countertops this Condo will not disappoint.It’s furnishings are from the Pottery Barn and Kirklands. The living area is designed with comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa that has a 4 inch memory foam mattress and smart TV.Our Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, plates, dishes,wine glasses, pots and pans, all new appliances to accommodate for a short term stay or a long stay. You will also experience a complementary coffee station with an assortment of coffees and tea.The bedroom offers a king bed with a new Dream Cloud mattress and an adjoining full bathroom with a bath tub/shower.Conveniently located for guest use is an additional full bath with a shower also. It has a balcony with outdoor furniture that overlooks the The Grand entrance. There are also complementary tram passes for our guests. For added convenience there is a stackable washer/dryer in the condo and Wi-Fi is complementary and fast.

We also provide a starter pack which include; hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trashcan liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee pods and laundry detergent. When the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock.


Also,In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces. This includes not only table and countertops but all dressers, nightstands, door knobs, cabinet pulls, remote controls, etc.Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using the best Detergent possible.

Nice place for a couple

I BR unit in the main building at SanDestin. We had stayed in this building when it first opened and other accommodations at the resort over the years. The unit was as advertised. There was a blip in the check-in process but the owner / property manager was very responsive (and apologetic) and immediately corrected the issue. We enjoyed our stay (2 nights) though we did not partake in much of the SanDestin nightlife (by choice). SanDestin has become more of a family-oriented destination - a bit different than what we had experienced in the past. All told - the unit was nice; the owner was great; the building itself needs TLC and the resort is reasonable for a non-beach experience (there are units beachside if you prefer but they are removed from the main restaurant / bar area)

Great place to stay

Wonderful condo in a great area. Nice, clean and accurately described. Well stocked kitchen with the exception of glassware (we bought solo cups) but everything else we needed was available. Easy walking distance to Baytowne Wharf. Pool was nice and area was very clean. Lots of chairs and loungers.

Trip was cancelled

Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled due to the severe weather at our home and also in Destin. We were hoping to rebook and come another weekend but due to the no refund policy, we are unable to. I wish there was more understanding for weather cancellations but do understand. We did receive the cleaning fee and another small fee back. It was nobody's fault of course. We were really looking forward to staying there. It looks like a beautiful place. Hopefully we are able to save and can try again. We were looking forward to it. Host was very nice.

WONDERFUL!!!

What a beautiful condo in Sandestin! GREAT location right by the Effie and within walking distance to all of Baytown and the Marina bar. We had the perfect time here and will stay again. Incredible renovating job- excellent taste in decor! We are locals and wanted to stay the night to not drink and drive. The owners are easy to work with and very responisive-Thank you!!!

Nice

The decor was beautiful and condo was very clean. Bed was just too soft and you sunk down in it. We used the sofa bed and padded it and was much better. Overall very nice condo.

Wonderful long weekend:)

Our stay here was just lovely. The condo was beautiful and perfect for my family of four. Condo owner was great and easy to get in contact with. We especially liked that the condo was in easy walking distance to the Baytowne wharf, which had plenty to do and nice restaurants. Dude and meatballs was our favorite ;)The condo also came with beach chairs and a beach umbrella which came in handy. Forgot to mention that we were able to check in early, which was also a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dominick for a great weekend:)

Cute place and fun stay

Great experience! Small place but perfect for a couple. Close to a lot of good restaurant options! Tram to beach was convenient (although you may get asked for a hotel key / pass to show to use). The Grand itself was quiet and seemed to mostly be other beach vacationers.

A Sophisticated Little Retreat

The condo is spectacular! It’s updated and very appealing! The bed in the master has the most comfortable mattress. Highly recommend! It’s a perfect little spot for a smaller family or couple’s retreat! We enjoyed the condo very much.

My wife and I had a wonderful time on our recent stay. The check in and out procedure could not have been easier. The condo was perfect and spotless. Location was amazing just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Dominic was great to work with and even checked in with us to make sure to make sure everything was good. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. First off the bed is so comfy!! I love the bathrooms and the decor of the blue and gold accents. It’s lovely, peaceful, clean & so relaxing. You want regret your stay here it’s right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed playing golf, laying out by the pool and of course, dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Seagars. You want regret booking this beautiful condo!!

Excellent Condo and Experience

This condo was very clean and the pictures are accurate. Beautifully decorated with a very comfortable king sized bed. Communication from Dominic was excellent. We loved the location! A pool within steps of the back door. The Baytowne Village was less than a 5 minute walk. There was so much room for our two year old to explore and play. This condo will be our first choice on our next trip to Destin!

Night Away Staycation

Wonderful experience! Wife and I were after a night out to relax and recharge, and this property was perfect for both. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, property owner provided amazing communication for check-in and made sure all our needs were met. With Baytowne Wharf a mere three minute walk to live music, shopping, and dinner, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at this fabulous property!

Good Stay at a prime location

We had a very good stay at a prime location where all the "things to do" were close-by. To top it off the property owner gave a free tram pass which was useful to go over to the beach and other close-by destinations. We were running short of blankets but Dominic was so kind enough to buy 2 extra sets for us to sleep comfortably. Overall our stay was pretty good and enjoyed it

Fabulous Condo

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Owner is very responsive and offers a guidebook will lots of helpful information. Everything you need in a kitchen is supplied. Highly recommended as a home away from home. Conveniently located near village! Will definitely come back soon.

My wife is from Macon, GA and I am from Tallahassee,Fl but was born in Key West,Fl. I am a full-time pastor and I own a small construction business as well. My wife is an esthetician and owns her own business also.We have two children one is three years old and his name is Thomas and our little girl is 1 and her name is Eva Rose.We also have two wonderful golden doodle dogs!!

We bought this property because we thoroughly enjoy the area and wanted to have a second home to create lasting family memories. We love the Baytown wharf area and all of the amenities and attractions that has to offer families.Me and my wife have been coming to this area for years it truly is a one of a kind location with some very unique experiences. When we bought this condo it was in pretty bad shape and needed a full remodel. In the remodeling process we wanted to create a elegant, relaxing, comfortable, coastal vibe that we would enjoy as well as our guests.We fully remodeled the entire property with all new appliances, floors, furniture, tile showers, countertops, cabinets and new paint and decor that would match what we sow lovedWe fully remodeled the entire property with all new appliances, floors, furniture, tile showers, countertops, cabinets and new paint and decor that would match what we sow love about the area.It truly is our second home and our kids enjoy it so much.
