Stay in the very heart of historic downtown Pensacola. Located above the boutiques of Palafox Place, your balcony overlooks Palafox Street named One of America’s Greatest Streets. The building was commissioned in 1870 by Francisco Moreno and has been lovingly restored by its owner, Deborah Dunlap, author and publisher of over 15 books on historic Pensacola.

From this apartment overlooking Palafox Street, you can walk to over 40 restaurants, Maritime Park stadium & amphitheater, Pensacola Bay, Veterans Memorial Park, museums, festivals, Palafox Market, entertainment venues, the Pensacola Bay ferry, and much much more.

The open concept apartment features a luxurious Stearns & Foster king-size bed, large walk-in shower, washer dryer, new Vizio tv, free high-speed Internet, a full kitchen and a balcony overlooking historic Palafox Street.

Perfect location

Still My Happy Place

Every time I visit PCOLA, I immediately see if this rental is available first. It’s like my home away from home. Great location to thoroughly enjoy the numerous downtown activities, shops, dining, nightlife. And a super easy drive to the beach!

Beautiful loft overlooking Palafox in an awesome location with private parking. Walking distance [ 4 blocks or less ] to most everything. Deborah was very helpful and accommodating !

Fabulous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in downtown Pensacola! The condo was absolutely beautiful, the location perfect and the balcony was so lovely. Deborah was so helpful in getting us checked in and very attentive to all of our needs. We would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

A New Place To Love

This place was just so great. My wife and I love to find unique places to stay in Pensacola. With its’ eye on history and its’ totally updated conveniences, this venerable loft is perfectly located, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the best city on the Gulf Coast. Our host Devan was quite kind and friendly throughout. I can’t say enough good things about this loft! We’re coming back.

Perfect downtown location

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. We were looking for a place downtown near all the restaurants and shops and this was a perfect location. The apartment was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. The balcony overlooking Palafox was the perfect place to unwind. Deborah was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Beautiful loft

The loft was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. There is a long staircase to reach the unit so it would be better for younger bodies. It was rough on our 70+ year old selves. If it had an elevator it would be perfect.

Downtown life. Music, balcony, walking to bars, restaurants, boutiques, coffee, donuts, ice cream, market on Saturday. Everything u could think of is all right there. The beach is just a short drive across the bridges. This is a wonderful location!! I will be back 💯

A slice of heaven in DT Pensacola

I’ve stayed here four times because it is in the heart of downtown Pensacola and is a beautiful loft. It has a well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, a balcony over looking all the fun, washer and dryer, a great shower and it’s VERY secure. If you are physically challenged please note that the stairway up to the front door has several steps but has a secure railing to help you. The owners reply within minutes with answers to any questions. It’s the best!
