Welcome to Casa del Sole — the House of Sunshine. A sun-yellow designer cottage in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, with a private ensuite bath for every bedroom. Stroll 4 blocks to Palafox Street dining; NAS Pensacola and IWTC Corry Station are 10 minutes, sugar-white beaches 15. Guests call it "the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in." Dog-friendly, EV charging, private parking, TDY & PCS friendly.



Casa del Sole is a bright, meticulously clean home in the heart of Downtown Pensacola that guests love coming back to. Just four blocks from the restaurants, shops, and nightlife of Palafox Street, and a quick drive to both NAS Pensacola and Pensacola Beach, this is an ideal home base for families, friend groups, or anyone visiting for wing ceremonies, graduations, Blue Angels, or a beach getaway.



🛏️ Three bedrooms with three full bathrooms — two ensuite and one dedicated bath just steps from the third bedroom. No sharing, no waiting. The primary has a King bed, the second a Queen, and the third a Twin-over-Full bunk bed. Every room has a 4K smart TV with streaming. Perfect for families or groups who need space and privacy.



🍳 A fully stocked kitchen that guests rave about — everything from an espresso machine to air fyier, spices, oils, and all the basics you'd want for cooking real meals at home.



🐾 Dog-friendly! The small fenced backyard is perfect for quick potty breaks. Corinne Jones Park is just one block south for walks and sniffing adventures. For longer walks Bruce Beach and Maritime Park are great to walk around.

This home is everything advertised and more. It is immaculately clean, fully stocked as to towels and toiletries and kitchen products. Parling is spacious and it is conveniently close to many downtown businesses and easily within driving of Pensacola beach. In addition to looking clean it is VERY, VERY clean; you can just feel it. The beds are very comfortable - I slept better here than at my own home and the LR furniture is also very comfortable. the neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. This home is your home away from home in Pensacola!

Weekend Getaway

Spending the weekend in downtown Pensacola and this house was in a good location to shops and restaurants. It was also close to the Saenger Theatre where we went to a concert. The house was super clean and comfortable. Hopefully we will be able to go back for another visit soon.

Most enjoyable stay

We stayed here four nights, the house was immaculate, honestly probably the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed at. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well provided with towels and shampoos and washes. My children loved staying here we sat out on the balcony 3 of our four nights enjoying the night air. Only regret is we didn’t get to spend more time at the house while we were here visiting family.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is close to downtown and a short distance to the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was awesome. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family trip. Matteo was available this just a phone call and helpful with suggestions for area attractions.

Great stay for our first time visit to Pensacola. Well stocked (including beach towels and 4 small chairs!). Probably the softest fluffiest towels (while still being fully absorbent) I’ve ever used. Master bath shower was fantastic. Easy walk to ball park and Palafox street. I do feel like I need to tell people that the neighborhood (as of April 2026) is transitional. There is an abandoned house 2 doors down and there were 2-3 unhoused individuals who were sleeping in a vacant lot. However there are also joggers, dog walkers, and people pushing baby carriages. It’s an interesting mix. While I wasn’t sure how it would play out at first, I ended up feeling perfectly safe, (even at night) walking my own dogs or walking home from eating out downtown. I loved spending a week in Pensacola and look forward to returning.

Sweet 2 story home near downtown

We enjoyed our 3 nt. stay in this conveniently located vacation home near the active downtown area. All 3 bedrooms are nicely decorated, with comfy beds and have well stocked bathrooms. The kitchen/living area has the open floor plan for easy access.. loved the parking spots right in front.. the owner is available and responsive to all your questions.. it's a super simple check in and out.. loved this rental and hope to return soon!!

Perfect location for nearby wedding

Very clean, everything went exactly as described on the website, felt like a new build, very close to Palafox Street location. Property manager was very responsive to any questions we had Was very surprised that several kitchen cabinets had spices, olive oil’s, other condiments that we did not have to buy.

Top notch everything

Our place was so awesome! Great location, walkable to ballpark and downtown. Safe, quiet and comfortable home. I would put this house on my top list of rentals. I travel alot. House had everything you would need and more to have a top notch vacation. We slept like babies in beds and enjoyed the large tv’s with countless channel options! 5 stars ⭐️

After spending many years in Pensacola, Florida, Matteo now lives in Boulder, Colorado where on his free time he enjoys hiking and anything outdoor related with his wife and kids. Casa del Sole is Matteo's family second home, where they live to spend time as frequently as possible and rent it on AirBnb/VRBO when vacant to help pay for expenses.
