Amazing location

We loved this location! There was something for everyone: golf, snorkeling, beach time, running, beautiful walking paths/trails, availability of food ( Napili Market, restaurants big and small, food trucks, Shave ice). Best of all it was quiet and peaceful. We were out of the hustle of the big resorts, but close enough if we wanted to go.

Great place that needs care.

KBM resort staff was outstanding. The condo was lovely. Great views, well stocked kitchen, and good location. The unit needs better care. There are a few ragged edges that could use attention to make it a five star rating.

Family trip

The condo was excellent! The views were spectacular. We even saw whales jumping in the distance. The condo was clean and well-stocked, even including beach chairs, umbrella, body boards, and a cooler. The location was serene and quiet. All of the beaches we wanted to visit for the best snorkeling were within a 5-10 min drive. The beach closest to the condo is beautiful and quiet and within walking distance albeit a steep hike back up the road (we would just drive everyone down with our stuff and have one parent take the car back up—there is also paid parking by the beach). Easy check in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately my son was attacked by multiple bed bugs

I was not satisfied with how the bedbug attack was taken by management I was not offered to be moved to a different property or unit and I had to pay out-of-pocket to move to another hotel after my son was attacked by bedbugs

Aloha, We are so happy you had a fabulous vacation! KBM Resorts provides industry-leading cleaning and electrostaic sanitzation of every villa prior to each guest arrival. Upon your notification, we procured a third party inspection company to conduct an immediate investigation report of your concerns. The great news is there was no current or past indication of any infestation whatsoever and the villa was certified clean and sanitized by the inspection company. Our team shared this report with you to alleviate your concerns. Do consider the other locations you visited such as the beach or picnic areas where fire ants are common and produce similar skin irritations. Another Level of Wonderful!

It’s hard to know where to begin because of all the wonderful condos we’ve stayed in when visiting Maui, this one is on another level of wonderful. The pictures of the view from the family room don’t even begin to do it justice. We all stood there stunned when we first arrived…that view literally took our breath away! We loved being able to open up the sliding family room windows all the way, letting the wonderful breeze in. Everything about the condo is upper end and it’s very tastefully appointed. It fit our family’s needs perfectly with beds for all six of us (no sleeper sofa needed!). The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and it was so nice to have the pool and outdoor kitchen/BBQ grills so close by. It was about a five minute walk down to the nearest beach (Oneloa) but most of the time we drove and parked in the beach lot since we had beach chairs, towels, boogie boards etc. We had memorable turtle encounters while snorkeling at Kapalua Bay and an excellent dinner at the Sea House on Napili Bay. The Honolua Store is an easy three minute drive when incidentals are needed and their deli is outstanding. The Burger Shack at Fleming Beach is a great spot to enjoy lunch, not to mention their to-die-for shakes! Our stay simply couldn’t have been any better and the friendly, professional team at KBM made sure all of our questions/needs were handled quickly. They really did a great job! We sincerely hope to come back here again!

Perfect for Everything!

Love this villa! It’s wonderfully spacious and nicely updated. The most amazing part is that the windows in the living space all slide open so it becomes indoor/outdoor space allowing a nice cool breeze to flow through the villa. This is a unique remodel as the other villas in the neighborhood do not have this feature. I was also pleasantly surprised at how well the unit is stocked with extra toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, toiletries, laundry pods, etc. As a family who travels extensively, we can say we were pleasantly happy with this villa and the area of Kapalua. No one can go wrong choosing to stay here!

amazing property and awesome hosts

The location, views, and importantly - the property itself, were way beyond expectations, stellar. Communications with hosts were timely, great, everything was covered; everything you could think of was there. The property has a very high-end feel; the stay was a blast. Views of the ocean and sunrise are breathtaking. Kitchen has a great set of dishwater and cookware; impressive set of 5 various refrigerators and a well-done ice-making machine -- to repeat - everything one could think of, and in a great package too. Dedicated parking, plus a common parking if needed; two pools...well, you can read the post; I can tell you it is an amazing property. Boris

Stunning Condo & Incredible Views!

We love this area and keep coming back! The views from this condo were incredible. We loved the retractible glass windows which opened up the condo fresh air and breezes. The condo had tons of space for our family of 5. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. The kitchen was a great size for eating in and plenty of counter space for all of our stuff. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept so well. Thank you!

The views from this condo were amazing, we loved the windows with the ability to open them and the screens to watch the view/whales. The condo had very nice updated features, I feel like it is even nicer than the pictures show. We brought our two daughters ages 22 and 20 and there was plenty of room upstairs for them to have their own space.

Nice condo in Kapalua

Perfect 2-bedroom condo for large family. Three beds upstairs works great for two kids and grandma. Location is great for access to the beaches and the restaurants and market in Kapalua. All within a 10-15 minute walk. The condo was clean, well maintained, and had amazing views. Highly recommended.
