This charming 1200 sq ft newly remodeled fully separated unit located in historic Willow Glen, San Jose. It is an independent unit, with free parking. Private entrance. High ceiling bedrooms at 250 square feet each with a private backyard. Close to trendy restaurants and shops in downtown Willow Glen! Easy access to Caltrain, LightRail, bus, 10 min. away from SJ airport. Close to downtown San Jose developing technology center. Very safe and high end neighborhood. Hosts are fully vaccinated.
The space
Newly remodeled guest-suite based on original Eichler home. High ceiling bedrooms with access to the backyard from both rooms. Brand new bedding, bathroom, kitchen. Very clean. Fully vaccinated hosts make sure safe and sanitized stay for all guests. Very close to historic downtown Willow Glen, San Jose with restaurants and businesses reopening.

Shared drive way with our other Airbnb listing guests.

Yard maintenance crew, cleaning crew and host will be around to help maintain the house. You'll probably see them in and out periodically.

My family had a really nice stay. The beds and futons were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. Everything was clean and in good condition. The off-street parking was plenty suitable and, although there was sometimes traffic to contend with, pulling out onto the street wasn't very difficult. Convenient to shopping and dining in downtown Willow Glen and the Pruneyard Shopping Center.

"Great place! It was very clean and felt brand new. The kitchen was perfect for a short stay. Parking is a bit tight, but completely manageable. We would definitely stay here again."

This was a great landing stop for our trip to the World Cup match. It was clean and centrally located. We found everything that we needed and the website was accurate and its description. Highly recommend!

Overall my husband and myself had a nice stay at this property. It is in a good location for getting around the area. There were a few niggling things that need attention. The cupboard under the kitchen sink needs repairing. The furniture wasn't as specified in the pictures of the property. The toaster was dirty had to clean it before using. There were a few other little things but overall our stay was good. If these things were sorted I would have no hesitation giving the property 5*****

Awesome location

We used this stay as home base to see many sights in central California and it was perfect location with everything you need for a week long stay! Perfect for two couples or a family.

Great Willow Glen location

I loved the spacious and simple decor. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen facilities, but it appeared well stocked. It was nice to have coffee and filters available. The area is very quiet. I'd stay here again
