Quiet Downtown House: Private Yard w/Hot Tub; Great Location; Family Hideout

After visiting Prescott many times and staying at various properties, we noticed that they are almost always set up for the owner's benefit and not the guest's. Anyone can go to a garage sale and buy grandma's old lumpy mattress and furniture from 1964 to be in the Vacation rental space.

We set out to change the Prescott vacation rental experience! We spent thousands alone on the master mattress. We offer a fully secure, padlocked backyard with not only a dog run but a dog door to the house. None of the furnishings are secondhand, garage sale, or Craig list specials. We are constantly improving and adding amenities to our property. Our reviews speak for themselves!

The house is located a quick jaunt away from Prescott's beautiful Courthouse square and Whiskey Row. The yard is complete with a fire pit, A Kamado Joe Classic 3 grill/smoker, a child playhouse, and a Swingset. The backyard is lined with decorative lights to enjoy the cool evenings all year round. The house comes with a laundry room and office space that includes a printer. In the game room, you'll find a cast-iron wood-burning stove for the winter evenings. The property really is a quiet private place with all the amenities you might want or need.

WILD ANIMALS ARE VERY COMMON. Make sure to quietly leave the house for your best chance at catching Deer and Javelina which are regulars on our street. We are within quick walking distance of a Mexican restaurant, and sandwich shop. Maybe consider sending the kids over to the bowling alley for a little Mommy and Daddy time, wink - wink it's seriously 2 min walk away!

**Please keep in mind that the house is for the use of the intended guests, if you plan on having additional guests visit without spending the night during your stay, please inform us as to how many. This may result in an additional charge per guest. We do monitor how many guests arrive.

**We love to have your pets stay, as long as you are willing to pay the pet cleaning fee. Provided are the necessary water and feeding bowls.

The house comes with up to five off-street parking spots (may fit more). No EV charging allowed on site. Central heating and AC for the entire home, and Smart TV in both the Master, guest room, and Family room with access to countless wifi channels and Netflix / Prime Video/ Hulu, and any other video application for which you can use your account to log in. We offer wood delivery if you would like

The kitchen comes with an espresso and Keurig coffee station, all the cooking necessities, utensils, and an Instapot. Also a 7-stage reverse osmosis water system with UV light.

Bedrooms :
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a USB fast-charging station on the end tables.
The guest bedrooms: one has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed with two queen-size mattresses.

We can accommodate up to 8 guests, but in order to keep the rates low for smaller groups, we charge an extra $15 per person if you have more than 4 guests. NOTICE: personal mail is not allowed, and you may not use our address for personal or business means, no exception. We do monitor how many people enter the residence. Larger groups are great but also raise our cost of utilities, cleaning, and household products as well as putting extra wear and tear on the house. If you're booking for 4 guests or fewer guests because you're not sure if you will have more or some in your group are not staying with you the whole trip, please reach out to me and we can discuss your circumstances. We are flexible and accommodating with our guests and want to make your trip as comfortable as possible. Please help us keep our rates low so more people can enjoy our home and their time in Prescott. Please let us know if you would like to have wood provided prior to arrival, there is a fee. Back room fireplace is cannot be used for fires. The front room wood stove is available for a fire if you desire.
