This is it! Clean, bright and welcoming in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Ocean Villas, the island's most amenity-rich beachside resort.

See, hear and feel the ocean breeze from the balcony of this updated and fully stocked 2nd-floor 1-bedroom condo. The beach walk is steps away, as is the largest private pool on the island. Enjoy the convenience of 3 on-site restaurants and grills, to include a sports bar with wide-screen viewing and pool tables; a poolside bar and grill with an ocean view and seasonal live music, and a to-go/seasonal-delivery pizza kitchen, which is said to be the best pizza on the island.

Venture to the playground and grilling areas. Walk to on-site bike rentals. Reserve free time on one of our 8 tennis or 6 pickleball courts. Check out our poolside special events.

Elevator access with luggage carts. Washer and dryer on the hall. WiFi and HDTV on new 65" TV. There is also a Roku TV in the bedroom. Bed and bath towels and linens, four beach chairs, and a small collection of books and board games are provided. Condo has all-new appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware, a ground-coffee maker and a Keurig, toaster, blender, ZeroWater filter, hair dryer, flat iron, curling iron, a clothes steamer, and an iron and ironing board, all for your convenience.

Professionally cleaned before each reservation. Sleeps up to 6, but this unit is best suited for a couple's getaway or a couple with children. The bunkbeds are built into the hallway, they are long but not as wide as regular twin beds, so grown ups would likely not find them comfortable. * This condo is not wheelchair accessible. *

the apartment is cozy and super clean. You can have a beautiful ocean view from balcony. We had great time at beach and a day trip to Savannah( just one hour driving), biking at beach is really nice during this season. Except on the first day check-in, the running water smells sulphur, the next day the smell is gone. Glad they have filtered water in refrige.

Check in process was easy and straightforward. The Host, Tracey, was pleasant to work with and accommodating. My family of five stayed at this little abode comfortably for our four day stay. For reference, our kids are 5, 3, and 16 months. The boardwalk and pool are extremely close to the room. I would recommend this place and will easily book here again!

Perfect family vacation

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head. The condo had everything we needed, was quiet and the proximity tothe pool and beach was amazing! We loved that there was activity happening at the pool, we rented bikes directly on property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the host was great at responding. The only real issue we had was the smell, and that there was definite humidity because my wife ‘s phone wouldn’t work every morning. The phone would beep and state (refer to photos).

Beautiful View

It was a nice place to stay and had all the amenities we needed. The view was beautiful and it was a very short distance to the beach. The view off the porch to the ocean is overlooking a parking lot--however that's how most of the condos are set up. This condo is closer towards the beach so its in a good location. We loved sitting on the porch--chairs were comfortable.

Relaxing at it's best

We were supposed to go out of state for vacation but a family emergency had us change to something more local. So last minute change brought us to Hilton Head. This was perfect for some R&R. A quiet atmosphere with lots to do. The accommodations wete perfect for the two of us. Cozy wuth all the amenities. Will be coming back!

Great Condo with pretty view and terrific location

This unit is fully renovated with modern kitchen & bath. The owner has thought of every detail and unit is fully equipped with everything you need. It is only steps to the pool and outdoor bar/restaurant and a few more steps to the other restaurant. The project was easy to check in, had security gate and lots to offer such as bike rental and tennis courts. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. First visit to Hilton Head. The condo was perfect for a couple. Very comfortable, clean and thoughtfully stocked with extras. Short walk to the beautiful beach and pool. Restaurant on site was very good as well. Great chicken wings!!

Condo next to the beach

Condo was great for the two of us. Tracey was great and responsive to all my needs. The first day, the water from the pipes smelled badly like sulfur but cleared up with further use. Great location near the beach but the cold, windy weather, however was not great to be beaching. The club pool and area was closed as “out of season”. I like the area so would recommend.

An excellent spot for a family getaway!

My wife and I took our 9 month old to stay here and absolutely loved it! The condo is close to the beach boardwalk and has a view from the second floor where you can relax and listen to the waves come in while feeling the sea breeze move through. It’s also very close to the stairs, so no worry about toting everything hundreds of feet down the hall. Overall, this was a 5 star experience!

I'm a real estate agent and investor in Atlanta with three grown children. We've been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years, it's a second home to us. I have parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends here, and have owned a vacation condo on the island for more than 25 years.

My family loves Hilton Head for its recreation, there's always something to do. Beach biking, tennis, pickleball, golf, surf fishing, deep-sea fishing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, parasailing, dolphin tours, zip lining, go-carts, you name it.

We love Hilton Head for its leisure too, like sunset watching, live local music, live community theater and fresh seafood. Check out the shopping, dining and beautiful views at Hilton Head's many marinas, they each have their own personality. There's Broad Creek, Skull Creek, Shelter Cove, Palmetto Bay, South Beach and of course Harbour Town. The island has eat-in, take-out, outdoor patio and marina-bar dining as well as white-table cloth date-night dining. There is something for everyone. We love it here!
