New to VRBO! Welcome to our successful 5 ⭐️ rated (3+ years) modern and spacious 2 bed 2 bath (6 guests) home located in the heart of Gulf Breeze! Centrally located near the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach (3 miles) , and shopping of Gulf Breeze. Enjoy a peaceful stay with a private back patio with outdoor seating and lights designed for summer nights or a cozy wood burning firepit to fight the chill. Our cozy vacation rental featuring brand new kitchen appliances and a fully stocked coffee bar. We look forward to hosting your vacation, work trip

The space
Each of the 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed and the den has a queen size sleeper sofa.
Each bathroom is a full bath with the guest bath offering a tub/shower combo. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with a 3 inch splash curb.

Guest access
This rental has a private entrance and backyard with patio and privacy fence. The fence is locked from the backyard and not accessible from the front yard unless it is unlocked by a guest

Other things to note
We are dog friendly with a $50 pet fee (2 dogs max). All dogs must be 1 yr or older and fully vaccinated.
Lawncare is scheduled for every 2 weeks. The mower operator will enter the backyard through the gate.

The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean and loved the beachy vibe. The beds were also very, very comfortable! Sonya was great to work with and extremely responsive to any emails or questions that we had. Most importantly, we were so grateful to find a place that our fur-baby could come with us! Sonya was a fantastic host and proactive with giving plenty of information to allow for a smooth stay. The Vrbo matched the pictures and every amenity listed was available for our use. This Vrbo provided us the perfect stay to enjoy our weekend at the beach!

The place was nice and clean. The theme was beach inside. There were extra sheets, pillows, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrush. We were able to do our laundry at the house which was nice. The place stayed cool, except one night and they had a person come and put a new fan and had an air conditioner portable one installed.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed during our visit.
