Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Located in Colington, in the peaceful neighborhood, just 6-8 minutes away from the beach. The studio apartment is owned by welcoming hosts, who stay upstairs on weekends. There is also a separate apartment on the first floor, which is occupied by a very quiet and friendly year-round tenant. The studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was clean and very cute. The host was very respectful. Her greeting email made me feel welcomed. I am a dog mom but I feel in love with the house cat. He was adorable. I had no problems with the check in process. Her instructions were exact and easy. Just enough room for me and the host had available everything for a "what if" moment inorder to cook.

It's very small but was very clean and cozy. 2 recliners would be more comfortable than the couch and also give a little more room for a night stand next to the bed for a CPAP machine.

Dalia was very quick responding to messages and very kind checking how we enjoyed our stay upon check out. It’s a cozy studio style unit that was very clean and worth the cost. There are plenty of kitchen appliances tucked away to make the most of the space (mini air fryer, dual electric stove top with pots and pans provided, and a toaster oven)She also provided beach towels, chairs, and a cooler kept near the entrance which is very thoughtful! We saw a deer just outside of the window one night, and a kitty greeted us outside when we were leaving. Overall lovely stay here, worth the price, and fantastic host!!

The room was very clean. It looked clean, smelled clean, was clean. The main door to the house had a lock but it was broken. We still felt safe as our personal room door locked. The AC was very cold. The bathroom was a nice size with decent water pressure. The location is easy to find. The internet was our down fall. It rained for a portion of our trip and we went back to the room to hang out. Day 1 the internet was lagging (mouth and words did not align). Day 2 a storm sent us back to our room and we had NO internet until 8:30 pm. I reached out with no response. To be fair, she told me she was leaving the country but would still be accessible via VRBO. There were pots and pans but no burners to cook on. I personally was okay with this, as I did not want to cook. There was a nice cul de sac across the street where I could walk my fur baby daily. And I enjoyed loving on the outside kitty cat that lives outside.

We had a wonderful time. Lots of fun places to walk and explore. Russell loved walking the nature trails and the sand dunes. We will definitely have to schedule another trip and stay a bit longer so we can explore more of the OBX

We thoroughly enjoyed our all too brief stay at this quaint, comfortable, immaculate studio apartment. The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant. Dalia was very responsive to any questions, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment for a get away

Everything from the reservation, communication, and the actual property were stress free. Great apartment for our vacation home. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood and all amenities you need for a superior experience. Owners were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any inquiries.

All you need for a stay at the beach

This is a sweet little efficiency that holds all the amenities for a stay at the beach. The property owner was prompt and clear in their communication. I would stay at this property again while at the Outer Banks.
