Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. You can walk to so many locations. Although you are staying in a busy street it was quiet. We did need to have a car for some of our vacation plans so had to pay for parking in a nearby garage as there is NO parking associated with the property.

Thank you for staying at Suites at Bay 3B - Alvin N. Miller Suite and for your helpful review. We're glad the location across from the River Walk worked well. Sorry for any inconvenience with the third-floor stairs — we’ll review the listing to make the no-elevator detail more prominent. Good to know the free garage parking (about 2–3 blocks away) met your needs. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again. - The Lucky Team

We wanted to be right in the middle of things and we got that and it was great. Bay Street can be a little noisy but we were on the third floor, which mitigated a lot of it. We're a little older but we're in pretty good shape. Staying on the third floor wasn't a problem but it's stairs. If you have bags, heavy ones, and you're having any kind of issues with your health or fitness, you're going to want to stay on a lower floor. For us it was perfect. The location really couldn't have been any better. We had access to everything and if you're not familiar with Savannah, it's not difficult to walk a good part of it very easily.

Glad the location and third-floor placement worked well and helped reduce Bay Street noise. Thanks for the helpful note about the stairs—good advice for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns to request a lower floor when booking. Hope to welcome you back. - The Lucky Team

First trip to Savannah and this was the perfect location. Easy walk to most everything we did on our trip. Great apartment with everything we needed. Great communication with host company. Included parking was great because parking in the area is very difficult even during the off season. Definitely would pick this spot again.

Excellent Location

Everything about this property was just what we needed for our family trip over a long weekend. The property was comfortable, centrally located close to almost everything, and having access to a dedicated parking structure was great. We sent a few questions to the manager and received very prompt responses.

Clean, Great Location Savannah Gem!

We had a wonderful three night stay at this rental. It was very clean and there were lots of linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The location was perfect as it was close to The River Front but private enough that we enjoyed some peace from the hustle and bustle of that area. The communication book has some great recommendations and resources that we found very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay on Bay Street! This property is right in the heart of everything and with the provided parking, it was very convenient. Everything was clean and modern, with plenty of room for clothes and all of the souvenirs that you will be taking home. Me and my wife will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. We were very happy with the rental and the agency was also communicating very well and their app made access easy.
