Great View and Location

The great thing about this space was it is in the middle of everything, but also far enough away it was like a great overview of Lake Havasu and everything it has to offer. We actually stayed to do a Triathlon at the State Park. Best location possible for this event. The things we enjoyed was the amazing activity with the outdoor space, including dining, seating and grill which we took full advantage of. The place was in great shape and had everything we needed. It was very quiet, other than the boats on the canal, which is expected but not noticeable with the doors shut. We enjoy cooking in and just relaxing and had everything we needed. It was great to have the canal to walk each day and the sunsets in the evening were spectacular. I plan to stay again and bring another couple with us.

First Trip to Lake Havasu

Tali was the perfect host. He was very responsive when I had questions. The condo has been very nicely updated and was very clean. Large balcony with comfy furniture.Try out ChaBones restaurant literally across the street. A great happy hour and upscale food choices.

The place is well stocked and clean! Great location for our family when we stay in havasu. Nice view of London Bridge. Owner are very accessible if you have a problem. Great communication.

Great Place on Channel!

Very clean, great location! Walking path was very enjoyable. Sunsets were beautiful! Ducks were fun for kids! Marina was less than .25 mile away with shops and restaurants. Kitchen and baths were well stocked all you need is your toothbrush! Tali is a great communicator and answers very quickly.

First Time In Havasu

The condo is great for two couples wanting to hang out. Great location, great area, close to all activities. We were very impressed with the condo, large patio over looking the channel and sandy beach right out your door. Very well maintained and everything you need from cookware to towels and beach chairs. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Was a great location at a very good location in Lake Havasu.

This was a very nice and well equipped condo in Lake Havasu city. It is right on the beach. Everything went well without issue. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

three day get away

We had a great time at this condo. The pictures are very accurate. I rated this condo with 5 stars except the question about the neighborhood which i gave 4 stars. Whomever lives above this unit was up at all hours of the night. With this being a condo....you cant help that! Also...the beach area in front of this complex is owned by the city, so there is always a party on that stretch of sand and the boaters did not comply with the no mooring signs over night. Thankfully we stayed during the middle of the week! All in all, I would definitely stay in this condo again. Mid week!
