Enjoy a relaxing stay in this inviting one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with beautiful waterfront views—perfect for a weekend getaway. The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and is conveniently located next to a full bathroom with a soothing jetted tub. A queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area provides additional space for guests.

The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, making meal preparation easy and convenient. Bar seating is available just off the kitchen, along with a dining table near the walkout patio—ideal for enjoying meals with a view. The living room offers comfortable seating for up to five guests, creating a cozy space to relax.

Step outside onto the patio and take in the scenic sights of boats moving through Round Lake—it’s the perfect spot to unwind.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and is just a short walk from Charlevoix’s top dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, giving every stay its own charm. With 47 distinctive units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, guests can enjoy a comfortable home-away-from-home experience in the heart of downtown Charlevoix.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, a guest laundry facility, and a pool with an indoor section open year-round. The outdoor pool is available seasonally from May through October.

Stunning view of lake and convenient location to town and beach, just what I hoped for! Beautiful and updated condo except the bedroom which is surprisingly run down and outdated with junk under bed. Disappointed by uncomfortable and old king mattress with bare tags showing, bare mattress with no bed skirt, old bedding. Pillows had a smelly odor and did not use, stored in closet. Nice kitchen, had most everything we needed but I would not rent this unit again due to bedroom. Housekeeping and staff were excellent, enjoyed the pool and sauna, beautiful location!

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the stunning lake view, convenient location near town and the beach, updated condo features, pool, sauna, and excellent service from our housekeeping and staff. Those are all important parts of the guest experience, and we’re happy those aspects of your stay met expectations. That said, we’re truly sorry the bedroom did not match the quality of the rest of the condo. Your comments about the outdated condition, items under the bed, uncomfortable mattress, exposed tags, missing bed skirt, older bedding, and pillows with an odor are very concerning and have been shared with our housekeeping and management teams. The bedroom should feel clean, fresh, comfortable, and consistent with the rest of the unit, and we apologize that it fell short. We are addressing these items directly, including a more detailed inspection under the bed, review of the mattress and bedding, replacement of pillows as needed, and evaluating updates to bring the bedroom up to the same standard as the rest of the condo. Thank you again for recognizing the beautiful location, kitchen, amenities, housekeeping, and staff while also being honest about where we need to improve. Your feedback is extremely helpful, and we appreciate the opportunity to make corrections for future guests.

Great place to stay

My husband and I had an amazing time. The view from the condo was breathtaking. There is plenty of shopping great restaurants you couldn’t pick a better location.The Condo was extremely clean and has easy access to everything around town. My husband and I will definitely come back and we felt the price was good.

Unfortunately, the owner of the Restaurant does not have the staff or the need to offer takeout and delivery. Charlevoix does offer doordash and instacart if you needed takeout or delivery.

Hello Sue, We have had our landscaping company out to take care of the overgrown shrubs. Our pool is in working order and has been all season. The hot tub is down for repair and is stated on our website, at the front desk ,as well as posted on the jacuzzi itself. The bushes surrounding the patio should be cut back as well to enjoy sitting out there. We also had an issue with ants coming in the sliding door. We told the maid one day and also reported it to the front desk when we checked out. Also, the pool area could use some attention. And the hot tub was broken.

Over priced and not satisfied

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was not impressed for the cost. The shrubs are over grown. There were so many weeds up near the patios. You can’t help but notice them when sitting outside. Sitting on the patio, the air conditioning is so loud. Patio door did not lock. Reported it to front desk. It did get fixed. Toilet seemed to run long. Would no longer recommend.

A property with views and potential lacks upkeep and management

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has potential and in year's past has provided a comfortable, clean stay. However, a lack of front desk support, a lack of advertised supplies (a sheet for the pull out couch mattress; coffee; soap; dishwasher soap; pool towels) and a lack of cleanliness and upkeep (dirty sink; unemptied trash can in bedroom; broken chair on porch; dirty table; dirty carpet; a lack of concern or accommodation for a power outage when we arrived) made this stay less than desirable and frustrating, given both the price point and past experiences that were enjoyable at this property.
