Great area close to shops

We enjoyed our stay, host was very fast in answering any questions. She was able to accommodate us on our early arrival in Destin. Condo was clean and had everything to cook with. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent all around!

Communication was excellent even before we arrived and condo was easy to find. It is a 2nd story condo but the steps are easy to navigate even for our toddler. Very clean area, had no problems at all with anyone on the property, lovely and kind neighbors. Parking was very easy and accessible at all times. Quite hours were observed by all and it was fantastic as our toddler loves his sleep. Condo was very clean and well equipped for everything we needed, washer and dryer in unit was a huge bonus. Plenty of sleeping space, beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, TVs were great (Apple TV and cable available). Internet ran well for streaming and decently for gaming systems we brought. We chose to cook in unit mostly and there was plenty of plates, cups, bowls, utensils, pots, and pans. Everything is glassware so if traveling with children, keep that in mind if you have a clumsy kiddo like we do. Dollar tree and Walmart are right down the street for everything you need, excellent beach item selection at Walmart. Quick drive to the beach, but definitely recommend heading a little farther to Henderson State Park Beach as it is much more spacious compared to public access. Great attractions near by, our favorites were Urban Air Adventure, Fat Daddies Arcade, Fudpuckers, and Harbor View Village (marina, margaritaville, lots of shops). One of our favorite places to eat was The Pancakery, advise you to prepare for a wait and ask for an indoor table as it does get a little warm even in the mornings. Also recommend Sugar Land and The Wave which are also super close by! All in all, excellent trip and Alina was very responsive to any questions we had and the welcome binder had everything we needed to know and more! 100/10 recommend!!
