Manasota Key is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf coast. "Villa Chrissy" is only 1 block to the Gulf and walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. We have 3 Villas that can be rented individually or as a group.
"Villa Chrissy" is a 3bed/2 bath, "Villa Janet" and "Villa Jack" are 1 bedrooms w/pull-out couch and bath(sleeps 4). Each unit has it's own private entrance and a shared area in the back with outdoor furniture and grill.

Perfect getaway spot!

Condo was clean and within perfect walking distance to beach. Not a lot of traffic and close to some nice restaurants. Will definitely stay again if we go back to this area!

Great House, Great access to the beach

We had a great week on Manasota key. The house was great. Our favorite features were the well stocked kitchen, patio out back with tables and chairs and lights, new clothes washers and a dryer, provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. The walk to the beach was really short and easy - just across a not-busy street.

Great location & comfortable beds

Location was perfect, just mins walk to beach. Layout of unit was a little odd but worked well for our family of 4 (all adults), had plenty of space & appreciated the 2 bathrooms. Unit had beach chairs, plenty of towels and actually nice toilet paper! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Perfect location

Property was clean and exactly what was listed. Lots of beach chairs, bikes, and other vacation items to use. Washer and drier are brand new. Communication with owner was quick and easy. 300 steps to the beach, five minute walk to the restaurants, bars, and shops, and boat/kayak rentals. Loved it all. Thank you, Tammi!

Amazing property!

We had an absolutely amazing stay Villa Chrissy! The home is a quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The location truly was great! It has everything you could need for a family beach day from beach toys to beach towels and chairs. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beds were very comfy and enough space in the living room and back porch for both families and our kids to spread out and enjoy! Will definitely be back to visit again. Tammi was very responsive and an awesome host!

Perfect location to the beach. All the equipment you could need. Bikes! Enough room for lots of kids and a few adults to sleep! Easy to work with and ever ready to help!

Everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. We had all of the amenities of home, with an easy walk to the beach. Owners responded promptly and were very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place

We had a great time staying at Tammi’ place. The house was sparkling clean with all essentials in order. Walking distance to the beach, quiet neighborhood, cozy beds, definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Manasota Key. Planning to go back soon 🥰

Great location close to the beach

We had an excellent time staying at the Chrissy cottage. It was big enough for our two family’s to come together and enjoy the holidays. The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes, it was just across the street and down the road a little. The cottage was clean and inviting. The sunroom was nice but it did get really hot during the day even with the A/C on, because there was a screened door that always stays opened to the outside. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and there were tv’s in every room, which helped with the blended family’s if we wanted to get away for a bit. The only reason for the 4 stars was the neighbor was quite rude to us, I’m not sure if he was another guest or someone that lives there but you are close to your neighbors. There was also construction going on that we were not aware of before booking. Also we were not warned ahead of time that check out during COVID is 10am not 11am as advertised by the site. The owner also asked us for more of a cleaning deposit after we left, which I thought for being by the beach we didn’t leave it too messy. We also cleaned the towels for the cleaning lady to save her some time which was requested of us the day before we left. The owners live out of state so they go by what their cleaning lady says. I would just say clean before the cleaning lady comes to avoid over charges. And take pictures of any damaged areas ahead of time to avoid charges as well. Vrbo was very helpful to us though. Overall we had a really great week despite the surprises upon leaving and some minor noises in the neighborhood.

We had a great stay at this super location. Just steps away from the beach, the kids were in heaven collecting shells & shark teeth along the shore. "Chrissy" had all of the amenities and the family especially liked the sunroom. Thanks so much!
