Your suggestions are very helpful, and I’ll definitely be looking into adding mirrors in the bedrooms and extra shelf space in the bathrooms to make things more convenient. I do want to clarify that no concerns were brought to my attention during your stay. It wasn’t until I reached out about the damaged door, which was discovered immediately after checkout, that you shared your list of complaints. Had I known about any issues while you were here, I would have addressed them immediately, as I live nearby and personally handle all turnovers. The door was fully functional before your arrival, and I only contacted you because I found it broken and needed to prepare the space for the next guest, who was checking in later that same day. I also accommodated your request for an early check-in at 11 a.m. and strive to offer a clean, responsive, and welcoming stay. I’m always open to feedback, especially when it's communicated in the moment, so I have the chance to make it right.
