Welcome to Blessings in the Sand – Your Ideal Beach Retreat in Heritage Shores

Discover the perfect coastal getaway at Blessings in the Sand, a beautifully updated, pet-friendly home located in the sought-after Heritage Shores community. With both front and back balconies featuring high-end Polywood furniture, this home offers plenty of space to unwind while enjoying peaceful views and ocean breezes.

Steps from the Sand
Just a short walk from the beach, this home gives you easy access to the shore along with community amenities including two pools and tennis courts. The full-length, pull-through carport makes parking simple and convenient—perfect for beach days and group travel.

Inside the Home
The open-concept living space is designed for connection, whether you're planning your next adventure, preparing a meal, or relaxing in front of the large-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking at home, and the spacious dining area seats nine, with additional seating at the kitchen counter.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 12):
Two King suites, each with private en-suite bathrooms
One bedroom with a Queen bed and Twin bed

We love this place. This is our third time staying at this house. The gates were a plus since we had a two year old with us. He did find a loose balliste, but maintaince came out promptly and fixed it. The kitchen is ver spacious with a very roomy pantry.

Great house! Decks on both ends allow for sunrise and sunset views. Easy walk to beach. Beds were comfortable. Definitely will rent this house again!

Perfect for our family

The house was casual and clean and comfortable, perfect for our family with small children. We loved the covered porches. Property manager checked in with us on the first day to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing and Fun

Very nice home. Well equipped and conveniently located. We enjoyed our getaway at Blessings in the Sand and hope to make a return visit. The management company was easy to work with and the check in/out procedures were not overly cumbersome.

Pleasant stay, great location

We enjoyed a brief fall getaway in Fort Morgan. The house was lovely, clean, well-equipped. One block to beach access, across the street from the pool. Not crowded. Would rent again. Highly recommend you try the Sassy Bass Pizza!

Relaxing beach vacation

We enjoyed the beach house!! Everything worked (air conditioner, dish washer, ect). Plenty of kitchen supplies for 6 adults and 3 kids. Really appreciated gate on the porches to keep the 2 year contained.

Another great visit

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the neighborhood, the pool, and easy access to a private beach. The house is spacious and comes with everything you need! Two decks-one for morning and one for evening, an outdoor shower so you leave allllll the sand under the house, and easy access to some sweet spots in Ft Morgan.

Great Location

Blessings in the Sand was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the neighborhood feel of Heritage Shores. The home was near the pools and was actually a little closer to the beach than it appeared in photos. The front and rear balconies were nice where we could see the bay and the beach. Definitely we would rent this property again. This was our first time staying in the Fort Morgan area.

It was nice.

We have stayed in this area many times prior and have always enjoyed our stay. The house was nice. Wish it would have had a few more kitchen utensils (frying pans) but other than that we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was nice. Really could not have asked for anything more. The house was perfect for my family.
