Everything was nice. Gave the check-in a little lower than 5 stars bc we were sent the wrong code to the gate, but our contact responded immediately. Overall, my husband and son enjoyed their stay and said they would definitely stay there again!

Great location near marina!

Enjoyed our stay! Loved that it was a short walk to our boat at the marina. Great value to be so near to Boca Grande. Excellent communication with property manager.

Facility was very nice one exception was the master toilet was plugged when we arrived and no plunger available. Apart from that we had no difficulties enjoyed the facility and the area around.

Excellent Condo; Development has challenges

The condo was comfortable and in excellent condition. We found everything we needed. The development however has major challenges due to hurricane damage. Walkways and elevator are in disrepair; workmen are using power tools all day. However the price was right.

Nice Condo but much damage to development

The condo is great although it did not have a marina view. Clean, well equipped, quiet. However, the development suffered a lot of hurricane damage. Sidewalks, walkways and the elevator are in need of repair. The building also had damage and workmen are running power equipment. It’s a nice place and will be great when repairs are made. However, we got a nice break on the price. Would go back.

The condo was beautiful. The only drawback was lack of notification from anyone regarding the broken elevator in our building. We are senior citizens who had to struggle to get two flights of steps. One female is in a boot on her foot prior to her surgery next week. The other two ladies have extremely back backs so it was a chore to get the car unloaded with any help.

Lovely vacation setting

This is a lovely villa for a vacation. You will not be disappointed. It is well appointed and Owners have thought of everything For a pleasant stay. I would recommend this without hesitation.

Fabulous!!!

Stayed for 2 weeks in March. Everything was wonderful. Pool super warm (dare I say too warm?! Lol) we got great use out of the kayaks and bikes. Lanai is amaaaazing with views of manatee, dolphins, sea birds, jumping fish as we dined and relaxed. They provided everything you could possibly need - beach stuff, pool stuff, etc and their kitchen was stacked with more then I have at home. I’d 100% want to come back again!!!

Clean, Spacious, Great Location

Very nice condo with plenty of room and all of the amenities you might need. An excellent location as well. We will definitely consider this property for future rentals in the area.
