Nestled in the Grand Panama Beach Resort, this end-unit condo boasts a private balcony and sweeping views of the Gulf and beach from almost every room.

After a relaxing beach day, dip in the sparkling heated pool. Other Grand Panama Beach Resort amenities include two hot tubs and a fitness center. The convenient location is close to family-fun attractions and Pier Park.

The Gulf-view living area features a queen-size sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a Roku TV. A full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops gleam in the pristine kitchen. When it’s time to dine, both the table and the kitchen bar each accommodate four. Take in gorgeous Gulf views from the privacy of the balcony.

Grand Panama Beach Resort amenities include:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Water problem. Plastic mattress encampments, and across the street from the ocean.

A very nice condo, however it had a major leak somewhere. Once the water problem is resolved and the mattresses covered properly it will be a great place to stay. Would have been nice to know that the condo was across the street from the ocean. That was not mentioned in the listing that I saw.

Family Beach Time

The condo was immaculate! Very nice & clean. We loved the space so everyone wasn't on top of each other. However the only problem we had was parking. But its overall a nice place.

Beautiful and clean

We enjoyed our time in the condo. It was very well decorated and clean. We did have some issues with the air conditioner and had to call maintenance. They were prompt to reply and come to service, unfortunately the repair did not fix the problem. Hopefully this is fixed before the next guests arrive.

Electrical Problems with Air condition Upon CheckIn

We arrived to the condo at 11:30pm due to having a late flight. We were only at the condo approximately two hours and had to leave due to electrical problems with the air conditioning. Turnkey refunded our reservations after notifying them the AC had not been fixed and this was noted as a problem by a prior guest per the review I read online dated July 28, 2021

Stunning stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is SPACIOUS and well kept. The decor is beachy and light and the beds are comfortable. We had 9 people fit comfortably in here, and could have fit one more. Recommend 3 couples for the bedrooms as the 2 queen rooms are cozy. The fold out couch is great because it's good for kids to share and have access to the TV and the other set of bunk beds. We loved our stay, despite the rain. The views were stunning in spite of being behind the other building. I like it better than having a flat front water view. The pools were nice-weather permitting. And the Tiki - Bar was fun. Great location. In the middle of everything. We couldn't find pillow cases, and sheets for the fold out bed, but they have a super responsive team. Within the hour we had what we needed. The kitchen had ample dishes, and pots/pans. Fridge worked well. The ice machine is downstairs outside of check in...just fyi. For cleaning purposes, your ice maker will likely be empty. The place was SPOTLESS. Wish I could have stayed longer!!One thing-we weren't able to check in until 4pm, and the office closed at 4pm so we didn't get wrist bands to use the pool that day. It would be nice if there were someone on duty or if a package with wristbands at lease could be made up for people staying in the property. Otherwise we have no way of verifying we are allowed to be there. Again, minor inconvenience, but that was the only day we could have gone in the pool as our stay was short and the tropical storm was coming. You will not be disappointed in this property.

Nothing needed

This stay was special from the start. Traveling with 2 seniors and 4 kids ranging from age 3 to our special needs daughter 19. Sleeping arrangements were great rooms were spacious and perfect especially the bathrooms. The perfect touch was the bunk beds for the teens in the hall. The walk over to the beach is Convenient, pool great and the beach toys and chairs made it easy to enjoy. Perfect unit and great communication throughout the stay. Also loved the complimentary late checkout. Perfect and will be out go to rental.
