The Plantations at Princeville Resort is a gem on Kauai’s North Shore! Within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and world-class golf, it’s just a short drive to picturesque Hanalei Bay. This peaceful complex features beautifully landscaped grounds with vibrant flora!

Plantations at Princeville #821 is a lovely top-floor condominium among swaying palm trees, overlooking the resort-style pool. You’ll enjoy the large, covered lanai with oversized patio furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. This desirable top floor offers cooling trade-winds and stunning sunset views!

Step inside to a large, inviting common area that connects all spaces seamlessly. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining, with a clean and refreshing bright white palette and ocean blue accents. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and abundant windows illuminate the home and allow for excellent circulation of Kauai’s cooling tradewinds, along with central air conditioning.

The comfortable living area features island-style wood furniture and modern decor for a tropical vibe. Enjoy cozy movie nights with an ideally placed corner entertainment system. The adjacent dining area has a large wood table set for six.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a side-by-side refrigerator, updated appliances, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils. The bright, white tile counter offers generous prep space and serves as a breakfast bar with four comfortable chairs.

Three spacious bedrooms provide luxury and comfort for every guest! Each features ceiling fans and plenty of natural light. Bedroom one has a king-size bed with a carved wooden frame, double bedside tables, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom includes bright, white tile, a large soaking tub, and a sliding glass door to the lanai.

Bedroom two features a unique queen-sized bed, side table, and dresser. Large windows bring in natural light, with an ensuite bathroom that includes a tiled vanity and combined shower/tub. Bedroom three has two single beds, a bedside table, large windows, generous closet space, and island decor. Its ensuite bathroom offers a long tiled vanity and shower/tub combo.

Also included is a washer and dryer tucked into a side closet. Guests have access to beach gear, including chairs, a cooler, bicycles, and umbrellas. The resort-style pool area features a large community pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, shade umbrellas, and BBQs. The clubhouse offers a full spa and gym with weights, machines, and cardio equipment.

Hawaii Life Rentals is a locally owned, licensed real estate company with rentals on Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii. We offer on-island personal assistance and Concierge services.

The space is great! Check in is easy and the directions to the location are easy to follow. The location is convenient to the community pool which we used along with the hot tub after a day of enjoying the sun while hiking or on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. There is beach equipment in the garage which came in handy. We will definitely be back to this unit when we have the opportunity to get back to kauai and Princeville.

Great location

Truly enjoyed our stay in Kauai as usual. The condo itself is clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It could use some updating like repaint the cabinets and a new nonstick pan. The third bedroom that doesn’t have a vent gets pretty warm if you don’t leave the door open. These are small things and would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Place To Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were 5 of us and it was perfect…plenty of space, plenty of amenities, etc. We loved sitting out on the lanai and being able to access the pool so easily.

Very comfortable and pleasurable experience

The property was comfortable and spacious for a family of 5. The onsite pool and available grills were excellent for dinners. A great location for the adventures that abound around Princeville.

Beautiful Clean and Comfortable

The property was better than I expected. Very clean and comfortable. The community is beautiful. The boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas made the time at the beach so much better. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely accommodations

Listing was as advertised. They even had a pack-n-play which was wonderful for our 9mo old. We enjoyed the sand toys, the deck overlooking the pool, and the comfortable beds. Groceries were quite expensive in Princeville. I'd recommend stopping at one of the larger chains on the way.

Comfortable and spacious

We travel to Kauai each October and this was definitely our favorite VRBO. Our family of 4 stayed here for 8 nights and had an amazing trip! The condo is extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. The linens are superb, which is often difficult to find in a VRBO. The condo is set up perfectly, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and classy

My mom and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. Our mornings were spent on the covered deck listening to the birds and the pool waterfall while sipping hot tea. The property is spacious, impeccably clean, and very classy with the touches of blue everywhere. The location gave us close access to the Hanalei Bay area and an enjoyable drive to the south shore and the Waimea Canyon. We would not hesitate to return to this lovely property!

Clean, kid friendly condo

Wonderful condo in great area of Princeville. Each bedroom has its own bath and plenty of room for everyone. It is so close to Hanalei and Queens Bath as well as beaches and fun outings for the whole family. I highly suggest this Condo for anyone with kids because they have a lot of kids toys, etc. The pool is right outside the condo and so is the workout room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There 821 Condo was excellent for our party. We especially liked the lanai where we spent each early evening with a view of the pool and palms. Close to all the places we wanted to go in Prnceville and Hanalei. We especially enjoyed snorkeling at Anini Beach where there were turtles in abundance. We come back every other year with our family and Hawaii Life is always the company we deal with no others.

Sept Stay

I had the pleasure of staying in Alanna's Kauai condo in early September with my family. The photo's do not do this unit justice. This unit shows even better in person. It has a refreshing Pottery Barn feel, no island kitsch here! The 3bed 3bath configuration was perfect for our group. The location and amenities exceeded expectations. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Great vacation spot, wonderful rental,definitely recommend it

My daughter in law and two teen granddaughters joined me for 8 nights in Kauai. we loved the condo, plenty of space for all.Alanna was very helpful and available to solve any problems that arose( nothing did) We had beach chairs, boogie boards, plenty of beach towels. The condo is in a terrific location, Hanalei for Paddle Boarding, Princeville foe Ziplining , restaurants and shopping nearby and when it rained we drove to Poipu and we were back in time for dinner. Highly recommend this rental for a terrific vacation

Great Condo!

I loved your place! Great location! The deck overlooking the pool area with a waterfall. I loved sitting on the deck listening to the waterfall. Your place is so well planned out. We needed a cooler..there it was in the closet. Ice packs....in the freezer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and towels all there for a fun time at the beach. Thank you!

Aloha, My family of 4 stayed in "Paradise" as a combined family vacation/destination wedding. What a great place to lay your head at night! Clean, spacious and quiet, just right for us! This unit was a great location to many area activities such as beaches, restaurants, hiking and more either in Hanalei Bay, Princeville or taking a drive to the south! Owners were quick to respond to any of our concerns. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! Mahalo! 🤙

Perfect, Affordable Spot for Families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owner went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. Usually at the end of our vacation we are ready to get home. Not this time. We felt right at home, taking full advantage of the kitchen, lanai and local beaches. Everything was top-of-the-line. We particularly enjoyed the location and its proximity to paths, parks, groceries, etc. We hope to return some day in the future. Thanks again for a lovely stay! Grace

Upscale Tasteful Pool Front Princeville Condo

I love this place! It is tastefully designed and close to beaches, wonderful restaurants and shops. This is a perfect condo for families or two to three couples. The master suite is large and super comfortable. The bedrooms are far apart and each have their own bathroom. The living area is spacious with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to a fully furnished patio area that overlooks the pool. The Princeville area is absolutely the best location to stay in. And this condo is the perfect place for a wonderful vacation. The owner is gracious and has great ideas for a fun time! LB

Perfect kid friendly family vacation

This was our first trip to Kauai and it was perfect. Each bedroom has very comfortable beds and high end linens. There is a bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms as well which makes this a perfect place for 1 or 2 families. The location is perfect. It's a short drive to Hanalei and there is a grocery store and shopping just a few minutes drive from the condo. You could even walk along the beautiful path to the market. The owner has decorated in a beautiful island theme of blue and white. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to cook at home or go enjoy a night out. We will be back!
