This Spacious 3 Bedroom+ Den, 2 Bathroom Waterfront Home with SW Exposure features a Long List of Upgrades! New Tile throughout, New Master Bath, New Kitchen Cabinets, New Granite Countertops, New Water Heater, New Dock, New Patio and Pool Deck, New Patio Enclosure, and Much More. This home also has a Great Rental History!
***Please note: the boat lift is not available for guest use. The dock may be used to secure a boat if needed. *****
In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.
Other things to note:
Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
