Super clean and well appointed house in a great location!

We chose this spot for our college girls trip. We all loved it! The hosts are helpful and friendly. The house is roomy with plenty of baths for a group like ours. I’d go there again with no hesitation at all.

Denver visit with family

Great accommodation for our sized group. House very clean, beds comfortable, good kitchen. Within easy driving distance of events we needed to attend. Grill did not work and no outside seating provided, so difficult to enjoy small front yard. Restaurants and coffees shop nearby. Located on VERY busy street.

Incredible experience

Our experience was great - from check in to check out. The hosts accommodated our late check out, and they were very responsive & helpful every time we reached out. The house is beautiful - with a very updated & modern interior. Super soft towels, comfortable bed, wonderful showers. Pulling in & out of the driveway during the day is less than ideal due to the hospital street parking on both sides, but it was perfect driving distance to everything. The area was slightly sketchy at night but we felt more comfortable knowing the owners lived in the area and had a security system with cameras outside. Would def stay here again in the future!

Perfect place for a large group

Our stay at Mavatika was perfect. There was 9 of us so having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was what we needed. Great communication with host, beautiful home, perfect location between downtown Denver and Red rock amphitheater. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town. Thank you!!

Great stay for a larger group

The property is clean and able to accommodate a good number of people. It’s ideal for hosting a dinner or movie night if you can source some additional serve-ware and kitchen essentials. With the exception of a few quirks, our family had a great stay!

Walking distance to the Gothic Theater and a short drive to Red Rocks and Downtown Denver. It is conveniently located in the health district and nearby the highway (Hwy285) straight to the mountains where you can enjoy skiing, hot springs, hiking, mountain biking, and much more.
