Luxury Downtown Loft - Walkable to everything!

This one-of-a-kind luxury condo is within arm’s reach of everything downtown Indianapolis has to offer. The 10-foot-tall windows of this historic building provide natural lighting in this custom-designed condo with high-end materials and appliances throughout. This is the ideal location for the Indy visitor, just 2 blocks to the Indiana Convention Center, 1 block from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, 3 blocks to Lucas Oil Stadium, and steps to dozens of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

This space features 14-foot ceilings throughout the bedrooms and living spaces. The master bedroom and secondary bedroom are King Suites with attached bathrooms. The third bedroom with a Full-sized mattress is a loft-style space with low head clearance accessed by a steep flight of stairs. An inflatable queen mattress with bedding is also provided.

Nearly every downtown attraction is within walking distance from this condo. Since this is the heart of downtown, street parking can be limited during major events. There are several daily parking lots nearby and metered street parking.

I can't emphasize enough that this condo is in the middle of all the activity downtown! It's perfect for guests planning to attend these activities, but if you are looking for a quiet downtown getaway (if such a thing exists) I recommend booking a different place.

Great loft in central location.

We very much enjoyed this property. The building is very nice and amenities were in great shape. The loft is directly above Kilroy's bar and it was St. Patrick's day weekend, so a little loud on the street, but we knew that would be the case and host provides noise cancelling devices for each bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Great host, near everything downtown

We had a really good stay. The place was large and clean, with easy check in and building access. Beds were comfortable, and the home was stocked with lots of little extras, like k-cups and a small coffee station. The place is downtown, so there is a fair amount of street noise on weekend nights, but the host even supplied sound machines and ear plugs, which was so thoughtful.

An EXCELLENT Properry!

We were in Indy for a convention. The location was close to everything we needed - a convention center, restaurants, etc. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very responsive.

Comfortable Condo in the heart of Indy

This space is absolutely amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice actually. The building is beautiful. It does get a little loud at night but the owner has provided white noise machines to help you sleep. You are a quick walk to the ICC and Lucas Oil complete with restaurants. We actually ate in almost every meal in the clean, spacious and well accommodating kitchen. Will stay again if available for another conference.

Fantastic Stay

We had a great stay! We stayed for 4 nights with a group of 4 women attending a professional conference. The location was ideal to everything downtown. We could walk everywhere and had access to great restaurants, bars and activities, as well as walking distance to our conference at the conference center. After my staff left, Saturday morning my family came down and we stayed in the condo and attended the Colts game Sunday. We walked around and did sightseeing downtown, dined and really just enjoyed our stay. We got up in the morning and my son went for a run downtown and we had a great breakfast. It was easy to walk to the stadium and the garage we parked in allowed our car to stay there during the game. Everything about our stay was perfect and I would fully recommend this property to others and will definitely stay here again in the future. The only suggestions (and they are just suggestions) would be to allow guests to use the washer/dryer. We generally expect that and want to wash our clothes so we can pack lighter. The only other thing is that it is noisy. There is a lot of noise from the street level at nights. We expected that and we weren't bothered by it but for one or two in my work group it was bothersome. They do provide a noise machine and earplugs in each room.

Beautiful place, great location, incredible host

This is a beautiful place in a fantastic location with many restaurants nearby. The host responded to all of our needs and the kitchen was beautiful with nice appliances and cabinets labeled. Everything was well stocked to accommodate for anything a guest may need. I highly recommend this place.

I bought this property because it is exactly the property that I would want when visiting Indianapolis. And in fact, I do! I enjoy sharing this space with friends and family and it's important to me that I maintain it as a truly unique space in one of Indy's most historic locations.
