Our resort perks at the clubhouse includes tennis court, sand volleyball, basketball courts, kids splash pad kids play area, and 2 additional pools, lounge area and a picnic pavilion.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes)

Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Minutes away from the new Margaritaville, That offers loads of restaurants and dine in movie theatre as well as a state of the art Water Park and weekends activities such as car shows, flea markets, artisan markets, and free concerts with renowned artists. Also close to 2 wineries and only 30 minutes to Orlando International Airports.

Spread across a single level, this Orlando area retreat gives groups of up to 10 a backyard pool that runs around the clock, a game room loaded with options, and enough dedicated kids' space to keep every age group happy from morning to midnight. With warm Florida sun and no shortage of things to do indoors or out, this is the kind of place that fills your days without any effort at all.

Sleeping arrangements
Four themed bedrooms and eight beds mean everyone has a spot to call their own. Two king bedrooms each include a smart TV and ceiling fan. A Harry Potter-inspired room features a full bed and a twin bed, while the Star Wars-themed room has two twin beds. A queen sofa bed in the living area gives larger groups a flexible overflow option when you need it.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the home. The ensuite comes with a jetted soaking tub and a bidet - a proper wind-down after a full day on your feet at the parks.

Outdoor living
The screened private backyard is built for year-round use. The private outdoor pool is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year - pool heating is available as an optional add-on. The private hot tub is also open around the clock, year-round, and hot tub heating is included with every reservation at no extra charge. Outdoor furniture and a private BBQ grill - both charcoal and electric - round out the patio for easy evenings outside.

Game room & entertainment
When the parks can wait, the dedicated air-conditioned game room has everyone covered - pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and life-size games all ready to go. Back in the living area, a 55-inch HDTV is loaded with Amazon Prime Video, standard cable, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Board games are on hand for a proper family game night.

Family features
Younger guests have their own dedicated corners of the home. A children's playroom and outdoor playground give kids room to roam freely, and the home is stocked with a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and children's books and toys for ages 0 to 10+. Babysitter recommendations are available on request.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for everything from a quick morning coffee to a full group meal. You'll find a GE refrigerator, Whirlpool stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are stocked - coffee is provided. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are all included. Breakfast is provided with your stay. The dining table seats the full group, and BBQ utensils are ready for backyard grilling.

Work & connectivity
A dedicated workspace sits in a private room with a door - keeping remote work or school tasks away from the main living area. WiFi and an Ethernet connection keep the whole group online.

Essentials & access
Self check-in via smart lock and a private entrance make arrival easy. Free driveway parking fits up to four vehicles, with additional free street parking available nearby. Free resort access is included for all guests. The home comes stocked with a washer and dryer, linens, towels, essentials, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, iron, and clothing storage. Two exterior security cameras - one at the front, one at the back - face outward and are monitored by ADT. They do not look into any interior spaces. Pets are welcome.

The home has a driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is conveniently located right off Highway 27 with easy access to I-4, making it a great commuter location. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.

Overnight street parking is only allowed with a valid parking pass issued by the HOA. Guests must notify us before check-in if they will need overnight street parking so we can arrange the required pass in advance.

Vehicles parked overnight on the street without a valid pass may be towed at the owner’s expense. We are not responsible for any towing fees or related issues.

Please note that overnight parking at the Clubhouse is strictly prohibited.
