Welcome to our magnificent apartment, extremely well located in the heart of the capital

Discover the elegance, charm and comfort of our apartment, completely renovated in November 2025, a few steps from rue Montorgueil, the Louvre Museum, Place des Victoires, theaters, restaurants and various shops. Our accommodations decorated by renowned architects combine modernity and refinement and offer a most pleasant journey to the heart of Paris



The Space:

38m² apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) comprising:



- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm)



- 1 dining room with Wi-Fi



- A living room with a double sofa bed and television



- A fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)



- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet (washer)

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

You'll be in the heart of the action with our central location near Rue Etienne Marcel and Rue Montorgueil, famous for their boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Nearby, you will also find the Grands Boulevards, the Grevin Museum, the Galeries Lafayette and the Place de l'Opéra. 15 minutes walk from the Louvre Museum.



CULTURE AND ENTERTAINMENT

For a dose of culture and entertainment, explore the many theaters nearby, such as the Théâtre Le Comedia, the Théâtre du Gymnase, the Grand Rex (one of the most beautiful cinemas in Paris) and the Théâtre de la Renaissance.

For culture lovers, don't miss the National Library of France and the famous Center Pompidou, recognizable by its exterior staircases and colorful pipes.

Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral 20 minutes on foot and 12 minutes by metro

Rue de Rivoli Hotel de Ville 17 minutes on foot and 9 minutes by metro
