Unfortunately, this particular unit was not at all up to our expectations for our 4th stay at Rosemary Beach. As you can see from the attached pics, the unit was dirty in several areas include extreme mold in the bathrooms, failing electronics, dripping noises in the ceilings. We spent way too much time trying to communicate with three different parties just trying to get the combination to unlock the bikes. One of the outlets in the second bedroom was missing its cover. To top it off, my son injured three fingers at one of the pools thanks to a faulty lounge chair and Rosemary Beach offered nothing in terms of compensation or even an apology. Doubt we will go back, especially not to this poorly maintained condo.

Great property

Clean property in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and just a two minute walk to the shops in Rosemary Beach.

We came to the area for softball but this house helped it feel like a real vacation! It was well kept and a great location. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo was a perfect fit for us and our two kids ages 6 and 3. Very comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, stocked kitchen, lovely and comfortable living area and beautiful top view from the large porch. Some fun family games, beach chairs and toys, wonderful location tucked in a quiet area of Rosemary - it had it all! Everything exceed our expectations and Alice was an absolute pleasure to work with. We can't wait to return! Thank you again!

Beautiful place! Host Alice was beyond helpful! She was so essy to reach and her kindess is unmatched. The place was perfect for us! Absolutely relaxing. Great parking! Only thing would be good is to add a couple more chairs to the wonderful patio! We will return

Great spot. Walk to the main section for coffee, shopping etc.

Over all really nice. The decor and feel was great right a way. The beds were comfortable. Small space but felt roomy. The deck was a favorite as the weather was mild and allowed for a lot of time out there.

Quiet and tucked away

Beautifully decorated, quiet street. Really lovely part of Rosemary. The condo was perfect. If we ever return to Rosemary we will definitely stay there. Just a warning though for people coming to the community... the police in Rosemary were very scary and we spent most of our trip watching them scream at children in the street and hunt them down in the allies at night from the balcony. It was a very stressful environment. I'm not sure if something has happened to make them like this but we never saw children acting bad or being loud. The behavior of the police did not match the environment. Our children were anxious the entire time and we were constantly worried we were going to break a rule we didn't know about in the community and get in trouble.

Perfect stay!

Everything about this trip was perfect. The condos location is so peaceful, yet still right near everything. The bikes were my family’s favorite!! The property manager, Alice, was so responsive and kind. We’ve been to a lot of places and this was by far our favorite. We are already planning our trip to come back!

Family stay in Rosemary Beach

The condo was a perfect place for our family of 4. Close to the beach and town and the 2 bikes included were great to get out and see some of the other beach towns.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay. The condo was within walking/biking distance to the pool, beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was clean and very peaceful. We will stay here again, no doubt.

Great location!

This beautiful condo is located in Rosemary Beach as described and it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Rosemary Beach is lovely and we enjoyed walking to meet our family members at the beach and restaurants. The condo has a washer and dryer which was very convenient. There are also three televisions which was nice. There’s parking in a parking lot behind the building which we really appreciated. The condo is beautiful and the surrounding area is very nice. There are several swimming pools available for use and they have nice lounge chairs with umbrellas. We could not be more pleased with our stay.

Casa Ananda is a freshly renovated, quiet, comfortable condo tucked away in the famed Rosemary Beach. From the balcony, nestled amongst the tree tops, you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee while you enjoy the open green space of St. Augustine green. Stroll through the oaks and over the quaint wooden walk ways as you make your way to one of the private pools, or to the dedicated beach access. You can explore the many shops and restaurants offered in Rosemary Beach, or stroll along 30A to Seacrest or Alys Beaches and check out more shopping and dining options. Rosemary Beach also offers beautiful nature trails, walking paths, small “pocket” parks, gardens and artwork.

Casa Ananda is set up for all you need to enjoy your stay at the beach
. The master bedroom is comfortable with new furnishings and linens, a tv and en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, stand alone shower and dual sinks.
The hall bath has a combination shower and tub. The queen bedroom has a generous closet and new smart tv.
The kitchen is well equipped for those nights that you feel like cooking, and there is a washer and dryer located in a laundry closet.
The dining table seats 4 with bar stools at the counter for extra seating.
The living room is spacious with a comfortable couch, chairs and a large Tv. The couch forms a sleeper sofa for 2.
The balcony overlooks the lush green space of St. Augustine green.
Rosemary Beach offers all the necessities for a perfect beach get away- sun, sand, saltwater, pools, shopping and dining all just outside your door! For adventures further away, explore other beach communities and state parks along 30A, or head west into San Destin for outlet shopping or east into Panama City Beach for shopping at Pier Park. The area offers helicopter tours, boating, offshore fishing, water parks, golf courses and many outdoor festivals and concerts.
