Central location with multicultural vibe, walking distance to Gastown & Chinatown, sports arena & Costco! Coffee shops, restaurants, bars, concerts, casino, hockey & supermarket close by. An oasis to relax or close to DT with Skytrain a minute away. Free wifi & secured underground parking. Kitchen Aid/Cuisinart appliances and enough condiments and cooking oils to cook some basics, fully stocked appliances like rice cooker, toaster, air fryer & blender.

With the amount of natural sunlight -- my unit faces south all morning -- and a spacious layout, this feels like your cozy home! High-end Saje provided diffuser that releases tranquil mood upon entry. Awesome visuals with 58" TV with your usual Roku/Netflix/Amazon (log in with your own account). Sofa bed also pulls out easily, extra mattress pad upon request, always extra 400-thread count hotel linen quality provided.

Best bathroom ever, fully stocked with basic toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste, dental floss, facial cleaner, spray deodorant, makeup remover pads & more), and even a medicine cabinet! Just pay $6 for what you use, and keep it too ie Tylenol, Pepto bismol, saves a trip from going to pharmacy in middle of nite. Pleasant shower experience with island shower head above, comes with additional portable hand-held. Not just shampoo/conditioner, bodywash & complimentary loofah to keep as well.

No need to drive, just 2-min walk to Skytrain which is 2 stops away to downtown; a few trendy restaurants just downstairs.

Relax in amenities that'll make some hotels envy: hot tub, steam room plus a real swimming pool with 3 lanes, after a good workout with separate cardio & weight rooms. Good-sized changing rooms with showers & lockers -- I even provide a combination lock (by request).

I'm probably the only host that provides bathrobes & slippers (disposable & plastic ones with Lysol antibacterial wipes provided) ;)

Been hosting for over 2 years, and traveling lots as well, so I want to ensure my guests will definitely feel comfortable, and not cramped into a small hotel room, you can freely move around!

Very clean, great location, great communication

The host Kenneth gave precise instructions for check-in and parking, making it very easy. It was *great* to have a dedicated parking space. If you don't have a car then this is also a great location because public transport is right there. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. Kenneth quickly answered the couple of questions I had on the first day, and was available if we needed him, but fortunately we did not need to hassle him after that. We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you Kenneth!

Anniversary Trip after Cruise

We had a wonderful stay at Kenneth’s place. It was exactly what it looks like and even better. The view was beautiful! It was clean and inviting. We appreciated the small touches too - like the basic of snacks and welcome note. If you’re going to the arena for anything you want to stay here. We went to the Canucks game and it took us less than 5 minutes to walk there. You can also easily and comfortably walk to the other areas of downtown. Kenneth was also very helpful with dinner suggestions and always responded quickly! He was like our personal tour guide! It was great! The next time we go to Vancouver we will definitely be staying here!

Great apartment downtown

Really enjoyed our stay. Convenient location to transit, has parking which is hard to find on the street. The neighborhood has some sketchy characters shambling around at all hours, but I got the sense from our stay that that’s ubiquitous downtown. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable and the building has a great lap pool. I would advise future guests that the check in process, if you have a car, is quite complex for security reasons. Note that the key fob is required to EXIT the parking area as well as enter it, which caused my wife and I about an hour of confusion on check out. Otherwise excellent stay!

Secure and close to city center

Initial checkin code didn’t work but host quickly responded and got us access. The condo is very clean and well decorated. It appears much larger in photos but comfortable for 2 people. It was hot during our stay and the air conditioning is a portable unit in the dining room and was very inefficient in cooling the condo. The location is very good and easy walking distance to city center and skyline train. Our host was readily available and quickly answered questions and provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Our Stay in Vancouver

Our stay in Kenneth's condo was incredible. It was warm and inviting, very clean and had a homey feeling after our long flight from Toronto! It had a supermarket across the street as well as a bakery that had great coffee and delicious croissants. This condo had everything you would need for your stay while visiting Vancouver. The king bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! Great location. Kenneth was very responsive and wonderful to communicate with! I would not hesitate to stay there again when we return to Vancouver! Lynn and Justin

Perfect location.

Absolutely loved staying here. Had everything and anything we needed. Even things you don’t think you need are already supplied. Would highly recommend staying here.. especially if you’re going to a concert or a game. So close to the venues! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Everything perfect

The property has a wonderful host and a very convenient location. The host was always available and thought of everything. No vehicle is needed as the skytrain is less than a block away.

Quick Getaway

Location was great. We were in town for a hockey game at Roger’s Arena. 5 min walk to the arena, bars, and restaurants. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Host was easy to contact and was helpful during our stay. Would definitely book again.

Great location. Comfortable stay.

A perfect home away from home. Clean, comfortable and great location within a stone's throw away from a SkyTrain station. Lots of nice little touches like complimentary snacks, filtered water in the fridge and tea/coffee. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Excellent property!

We loved our stay here (adults and 7 year old child). The location was so convenient as it’s close to the sky train and east to walk to Canada Place where a lot of shuttles do pick up/drop off. The pool/sauna/hottub were utilized every evening and were rarely busy. Security in the building with the fob was excellent and helped us to feel very safe. The snacks and coffee pods upon our arrival were greatly appreciated. Costco located an easy 5 minute walk away as well as a few other smaller shops (t&t supermarket/recall) and coffee places. Great communication with the owner and would definitely book again.

Vancouver BC visit

We completely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was excellent. Parking took us a bit to figure out but the instructions were clear. Once we started the process, it made sense. We’d definitely recommend this property and if we visit Vancouver again, we’ d stay at this property again! G

Fun give whenever a sports event and concerts in downtown Vancouver, grab a meal close by with dozens of restaurants in tourist areas Gastown & Chinatown before walking over to the game or concert.

And checkout the bathroom -- so well-stocked that you can leave your toiletries behind! Toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, feminine hygiene products , spray-deodorant &:more. Even a mini-medicine cabinet behind the mirror, to save those dreaded middle-of-nite trips to the pharmacy or 7-Eleven store.
