Lovingly preserved 130-year-old beach home will immerse you in vintage Pawleys Charm. You’ll enjoy this exquisite perch over the saltmarsh creek so much that you might forget the beach is only a short walk away.
With one step up to the front porch, the main floor common areas are easily accessible, including the fully equipped kitchen, creekfront screened porch, and en suite bedroom. The top floor provides three additional bedrooms and two full baths.
ATTENTION: With heirloom furnishings, out-of-level floors, and basic amenities, this beach house is not for everyone; however, folks looking for vintage Pawleys will love it!

MAIN FLOOR: 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area, screened porch with creek view, wrap-around front porch (one step up access from driveway to house).
SECOND FLOOR: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry closet, interior stairs between floors,.
AMENITIES: Smart TVs-5 (3 BRs, LR/porch also have cable), wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator, grill, washer/dryer, interior stairs between floors, heat/AC, wrap around front porch with bench swing, furnished screened porch with ceiling fan, dining set and TV, side yard, creek front view, 1 kayak, one-way circular driveway, walkable access to the beach and creek boat launch.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.
BEACH / CREEK ACCESS: Approx. 3-minute walk. Leaving the driveway, head one door north and a short block over on First Street for beach access. The nearby Third Street public boat launch is perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays between June and early August. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute stays. Sunday turn day is generally enforced outside of summer, but not always. When Sunday is enforced, shorter stays between Sundays is possible as well as longer stays of 10 nights or longer. Please feel free to call with special requests.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.
