Villa OlivAzur is a hillside property set in a peaceful natural setting in the Provençal countryside of the Pays de Fayence, within easy reach of Cannes and the Côte d’Azur coast. The villa offers four bedrooms (three air-conditioned), a mosaic infinity pool with shaded cabana, a spa pavilion with jacuzzi and sauna, a koi pond, and private parking. It is well suited for families or couples seeking space and quiet while remaining close to the Riviera.

What sets the property apart is the combination of generous outdoor space, privacy across the terraced olive landscape, and the rare pairing of a private infinity pool and a dedicated spa pavilion in one setting.

Outdoor living and shared time

Villa OlivAzur was created as a place to gather, relax, and spend time together. The property naturally encourages an outdoor lifestyle throughout the day, typical of the South of France climate.

The house sits into the hillside, with land rising above and falling away below, forming multiple terraced levels connected by stone steps. Guests can move among approximately fifty olive trees, with views that open and shift as they explore the property.

At the center of the grounds is the mosaic infinity pool, set among the olive trees with open sky above and partial views across the surrounding landscape.

At one end of the pool, a small shaded cabana with light curtains provides a comfortable place to rest.

Nearby, a separate wellness pavilion contains the jacuzzi and sauna. Large sliding glass doors allow the space to open fully to the outdoors or remain enclosed depending on the season.

Small decorative pieces in wood, stone, and metal are placed throughout the property, revealing themselves gradually while exploring the grounds.

At the highest point sits a simple wooden chalet. From its porch, guests can look out across the landscape and over the terraces, pool, and house, offering one of the most distinctive views on the property.

Interior atmosphere

Large sliding glass doors and well-placed windows bring light and air through the home, allowing indoor and outdoor spaces to connect easily.

The living room opens fully onto the terraces and garden, creating a natural extension of the exterior spaces.

The kitchen includes large windows overlooking the rear terrace and sliding doors opening directly outside. On pleasant days, the house can be opened end to end, while air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable in warmer weather.

The two front bedrooms open onto the terrace and overlook the koi pond through sliding glass doors.

Air conditioning is installed in the living room and in three of the four bedrooms.

Bedrooms

The villa offers four bedrooms total: three in the main house and one separate independent bedroom for additional privacy.

• Two bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms
• One bedroom includes an open shower and sink with a nearby separate toilet
• The independent bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet

Air conditioning is available in the living room and in three of the four bedrooms, including the independent suite. One bedroom in the main house does not have air conditioning and is set at the back of the house with less direct sun, which helps keep it comfortable. A portable fan is also provided.

Important:
The independent fourth bedroom will be available starting June 2026. Stays before this date include three bedrooms.

Outdoor spaces

Approximately fifty olive trees shape the terraces and create privacy throughout the grounds.

During the day, water flowing over the stones of the koi pond creates a calm background near the front bedrooms.

A pétanque court is integrated into one of the terraced levels.

Several private parking spaces are available inside the gated property.

With nearly 300 days of sunshine each year, daily life moves naturally between pool, spa, terraces, and house.

Location

Villa OlivAzur is located in the Pays de Fayence, about 45 minutes from Nice Airport and 30 to 40 minutes from Cannes, Mandelieu, and the Mediterranean.

Nearby are the Terre Blanche Golf Course, hilltop Provençal villages, and Lake Saint-Cassien, offering swimming, water activities, and scenic hiking trails. The villa serves as a convenient base for exploring both the countryside and the Riviera.
