This coastal cottage have three bedrooms, two full baths, plus a fully open living room and dining room, this is a vacation spot that you and your family will revisit year after year. A short one block walk will take you to the beach, the Salt Marsh, the State Park, and the downtown area with all of its shops and restaurants. This place is just 5 minutes strolls to Downtown Carpinteria.

The place offers three comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master bedroom in the 3rd floor have a king bed, a sliding door closet, and its own en-suite bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination.
On the second floor, two bedrooms each have a twin-over-full bunk bed, with a sliding door closet for storage. Both rooms also share access to a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and there’s a half bath on the entry level.
This property is a perfect location for your family.
