Property was centrally located and easy to get around. Property was very clean, inviting and warm and we felt very at easy from the moment we arrived. Could not have asked for a better home for our stay and when we come back to Grand Junction, this will be the first place we look for - Ron, thanks for being such a wonderful host and for making our stay wonderful

This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room with a great patio. The host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything was great about our stay in Grand Junction. We could only stay one night but the place was very nice and communication with the host was good. We loved the hot tub. The art work inside was very unique and interesting as well.

I’d really love to know what we could’ve done better. We really put our heart into this property and it may sound like a little much but a four star review does make us feel like we’re missing something.

Property was well located close to downtown area with great parking and in a beautiful old neighborhood. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you would need to cook although we didn’t. Microwave was missed by the cleaning crew. We would recommend getting a good front porch light as the entrance is very dark and you cannot see the keypad to put in code for entry. The keypad does not light up. Also the railing coming off of the back deck is not secure and could be dangerous! We enjoyed our stay and it fit our needs!

We lacked for noting during our visit in Grand Junction. The house had interesting artwork, a well-stocked kitchen , gorgeous outdoor spaces and a short walk to town where there were more shops and restaurants than had time to explore. It was perfect for our visit.

Very close to downtown which is fun to walk to for a delicious meal or just coffee and shopping. Ron was very responsive and so helpful. We loved our stay in Grand Junction and the quaint and comfortable craftsman was the perfect place to stay.

Great house and even a greater location! We could walk to all activities on Main St. House was very comfortable and we certainly enjoyed the hot tub after a day out visiting all the wineries, shopping, and great food! Thanks to our host, Ron, that answered all my questions!

Quaint little house, creepy floors but that just adds to the charm of this little house. Fit our family well. Host stayed in communication with us when we needed it. Perfect location to downtown and close to the college. Will definitely be back.

Nice house, comfy beds

My mom and I stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay! Check in was SUPER easy, the property manager was very responsive, the beds and pillows are SO comfortable, the hot tub was nice and clean, the location was great and the property was clean. Definitely would stay here again if we're in the area again!

Lovely home. Close to hospital, where I had to be one full day of visit. Coming "home" was a blessing. Will stay here again, if I can.
