The home's bright and modern interior will leave you feeling relaxed and right at home. Located just 10 minutes from Downtown, San Diego Zoo, and Coronado Island, this centrally located home makes it easy to enjoy everything your stay has to offer.
This Military and family friendly home comes all inclusive with a fully furnished kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, (2) free assigned parking spaces, and more! The owners love beautiful San Diego and are excited to host your future visit.
Features Include:
-Queen Memory Foam mattresses in all 4 bedrooms.
-2 Full Bathrooms (1 Upstairs and 1 Downstairs)
-Living Room has large gray sectional and 50” LG TV
-Downstairs bedroom has a desk for your dedicated work space.
-Free use of full sized Washer & Dryer upstairs.
-Bedroom 2 has large vanity dresser.
-Bedroom 3 has 45” TV with Firestick
-Bedroom 4 has makeup table and side chair.
-Back Outdoor Patio with a bench and chairs.
Home is nestled in the back unit of complex so it’s very quiet. Easy access to the 805 freeway. Lots of restaurants and stores along Plaza blvd.
