Stay at Sandyland Boathouse

Kick back and relax just steps from the sand of Carpinteria State Beach at Sandyland Boathouse. This 2 story spacious condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is located in the heart of Carpinteria, directly on the beach! This condo is 1 of 2 condos in the building. Cook in the gourmet kitchen, kick back and enjoy a movie next to the fireplace and enjoy the oversized patio complete with mountain views, a fire pit, BBQ and a peek of the Pacific Ocean.
THE SPACE:
PRIMARY BEDROOM- The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. It has a king sized bed, TV and an attached full bathroom. Off the primary bedroom is the patio, complete with mountain views, a fire pit, gas BBQ, table for outside dining and a couch to relax on summer nights.
2ND PRIMARY BEDROOM- The second bedroom is located on the 1st floor of the home. This room has 2 queen sized beds, a TV and an attached full bathroom. The laundry room is attached to the downstairs bedroom and has a Keurig coffee maker. There is also a door that leads directly to the side of the building with a walkway to the beach.
BATHROOMS- The home has 2 bathrooms. The bathroom downstairs has a bathtub shower, sink and toilet. The primary bathroom upstairs has a stand-in shower, toilet and double sinks. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
LIVING ROOM- The open concept living room is located on the second floor. There is a cozy L shaped couch in front of the wood burning fire place with a TV with cable and streaming abilities. There is another 3 seater couch near the entrance of the primary bedroom.
DINING ROOM- The dining table is located behind the living room couch and can seat 6.
THE KITCHEN-Cook up some delicious meals in the large open kitchen. This kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and all your cooking needs. We have a drip coffee pot in the kitchen ( Keurig for your coffee by the cup is in the laundry room). There is a gas BBQ for you to BBQ on the patio off the primary bedroom upstairs.
PARKING- There are 2 parking spots in the carport driveway furthest to the left. There are 2 spots for your cars to park one behind the other. Any additional cars will have to be parked on the street.
PATIO- The patio is the perfect place to relax, turn on the fire pit and BBQ some dinner! Located off the primary bedroom this patio is a great place to spend your evenings. The firepit and BBQ are wired to the house so no need for a propane tank. During the summer months, there are 4 white adirondack chairs and a woodburning fire pit for you to use on the beach in front of the home. Watch the sun set and dolphins swim past while making smores or enjoying a local beer.
WIFI/ENTERTAINMENT- The home is set up with high speed wifi. The router is located by the TV. The TVs are set up with cable.
BEACH GEAR- The house is located on the beach so we are happy to provide our guests with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for all your beach needs. There are some beach toys in the storage unit at end of left side of the driveway. Padlock is unlocked. We ask you do not leave any items on the beach and bring everything back on to the property when you are not using.

DO YOU ALLOW LUGGAGE DROP-OFF OR CAR PARKING FOR EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES?
No, we cannot be responsible for your personal belongings or have our cleaning crew interrupted while preparing the house.
HOW CLOSE IS THE BEACH?
The building is located directly on the sand, the unit is on the backside of the building near the street. Just a couple steps and you are at Carpinteria State Beach.
CAN WE BRING PETS?
Sorry we do not allow pets at the home. Please reach out to Stay SB if you have any questions.
WHY DONT YOU COLLECT SECURITY DEPOSIT?
