We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

A second bedroom with a queen bed offers soft linens and room-darkening shades, while the lower-level bedroom provides another queen bed for quiet rest. Both full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials, including towels, soap, and toiletries.

Two inviting living spaces make it easy for everyone to relax. The main living room features a plush sectional, warm lighting, and a 65-inch Smart TV ready for movie nights. Downstairs, the second lounge offers board games and a cozy retreat for family time. Central heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort, while a washer, dryer, and ironing essentials make longer stays effortless.

Kitchen and dining

Kindly note that this property is one unit of a side-by-side duplex. Each unit has its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
