Escape the ordinary in this beautiful, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath back house steps from the sand. Large living room upstairs plus the den downstairs are perfect for playing games, watching movies or setting up the Wii. Two of the bedrooms are connected and require you to walk through one to get to the other. A charming, shaded courtyard perfect for a mid-afternoon escape. A gourmet kitchen features professional appliances. Private washer and dryer, 1 car garage space and 1 car pad space available (compact cars recommended). Outdoor hot-water shower and room to store bikes. Wireless internet, advanced yet easy-to-use electronics, artful design lighting. Bath retreats feature spa fixtures, heat lamps and relaxing ambient lighting. Ceiling fans throughout.

We had yet another great vacation in Newport Beach. Accommodations meet all our needs just a FYI make sure you have your own beach towels those are not provided but besides that great place!

Nice Place

Great Location - Layout of the house is a bit strange, but the place is very nice. The garage is a bit too small to fit a larger vehicle - street parking can be hard to find.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, parking was super tight, we didn’t want to leave, it was such pain. The downstairs rooms felt so pieced together. Had to go thru one to get to the other . One had no closet but had a sink in the room. The upstairs was nicer than the downstairs. Had issues with washer and they were great with scrambling to help us , it was a Friday at 445 pm. Not sure I’d book again, maybe I’d choose further away and a nicer place. If location is all you want, then this is perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our family really enjoyed this beach house. It had lots of room, plenty of kitchen necessities, comfortable beds and a nice open space to gather. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had some plumbing issues and we were out a bathroom for our short stay, which was a bummer. Just unlucky with that. Otherwise we loved it and would come back again.
