Nice Place

Great Location - Layout of the house is a bit strange, but the place is very nice. The garage is a bit too small to fit a larger vehicle - street parking can be hard to find.

A few weeks before check in, I called to ask about AC. I was told our unit had AC. However, it did not. A few days before check in, I called to assure the BBQ would have propane. I was told it would. However, it did not. It wasn't until we were ready to start BBQing that we figured out there was no propane. Therefore, we had to run out last minute to fill the tank. Last, while we were there, the WI-FI was nearly non-existent. It barely worked and we had to use our hotspot a majority of the time. We did appreciate how close to the water the property was and the fact that we got to be in the same house as our family.

Good location but

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, parking was super tight, we didn’t want to leave, it was such pain. The downstairs rooms felt so pieced together. Had to go thru one to get to the other . One had no closet but had a sink in the room. The upstairs was nicer than the downstairs. Had issues with washer and they were great with scrambling to help us , it was a Friday at 445 pm. Not sure I’d book again, maybe I’d choose further away and a nicer place. If location is all you want, then this is perfect.

Newport Beach 39

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having to make your own bed with sheets and pillow cases not on the bed will keep us from renting this property or other properties from Burr White in the future.

Nice Beach House Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our family really enjoyed this beach house. It had lots of room, plenty of kitchen necessities, comfortable beds and a nice open space to gather. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had some plumbing issues and we were out a bathroom for our short stay, which was a bummer. Just unlucky with that. Otherwise we loved it and would come back again.
